"Hello! My name is [redacted] and I'm transgender and Panromantic. I wanted to share my coming out story. , for the last few weeks my mom had been questioning me about my sexuality. At the time I was terrified to tell her, especially with her not thinking that bisexual was valid. My family and I were sitting at a booth at a Chinese restaurant where my mom began pressuring me about my sexuality. It got to the point where I couldn't take it and blurted out," I'm pan." She was confused and asked me to explain it to her. I did and she said that I was too young and asked if my friends were forcing me to do this. A few days later my dad talked to me about what had transpired before. I also told him that I was trans. He accepted me thankfully. I also told him about me wanting to change my name, which he supported.
