Anderson's POV

"Ano ba?!" with my just-woke-up voice, I shouted.

Wait what? Gabi na?

Excitement aroused inside me. Makikita ko na siya.

Hindi ko maiwasang mapangiti. What for though?

Mabilis pa sa alas-kwatro akong bumaba.

"Baby, come on. Join us," aya ni Mama.

I nodded and walked towards the dining table.

I ate barely making a sound. Hindi ko alam kung anong unang mararamdaman. Sama ba ng loob dahil sa mga nangyari between me and my parents yesterday or feel happy about meeting Kim later.

I don't feel fine about what they did the day before today, but I don't want to hate them.

"O, sige. Sleep well, baby," malambing na saad ni Mama. While Dad? He never bothered taking his eyes off his plate. He doesn't care at sanay na 'ko.

I took my leave and went up the stairs.

Cringe, but just the thought of Kim is making me feel at ease.

Kayesha's POV

I sighed.

I sighed again.

And again.

Ang tagal naman no'n. Anong oras na.

It's already passed 8.

I was about to sigh again when someone just suddenly popped up right in front of me. I was even near screaming while this guy is all smiley.

The person I was waiting finally came.

He laughed, "Nagulat ba kita?"

Looking at how the corner of his lips go up and form a genuine smile gave me this foreign feeling. Something inside my stomach is not functioning in accordance of how it should be. My heart is also slowly pounding harder than normal, way to unnatural than normal effect of shock.

As much as possible, I displayed a calm composure. "Hindi," I sarcastically responded. "Hindi. As in, hindi talaga," I rolled my eyes.
