Lies

A/N: Hey some parts of this story get a little steamy btw. 

Rosabella POV

After a long day of school, I plopped onto my bed exhausted, and sighed. Darling, my roommate asked, " Why were you late to Magicology?" I played with my fingers and said, " I got a little distracted." I couldn't help but smile when I said this.

"By my brother?" Darling asked with her eyebrow raised.

" What do you mean?" I replied trying to sound casual.

"Rose.. I'm your BFF I know when your lying to me, and I saw him come right in after you."

I blushed and said, " We were just talking.... Besides he's dating Apple."

Darling yelled, " Seriously?!" I was a bit startled when she raised her voice at me. She continues by saying, " Why does everyone fall for my brother?"

I said, " I don't like him." She rolled her eyes at me. Who was I kidding I couldn't lie to her. I sighed and confessed. " I like him a lot which is bad, I know. He's with Apple, and she is my friend. I would never want to be a boyfriend stealer. It's not even like I can't split up their relationship anyways because he only sees me as a friend." She rolled her eyes again making me confused.

Daring POV

Tonight was a friday night, which meant it was date night. It is my least favorite night of the week. It's when I had to pretend that I was in love with Apple for a long extended amount of time. At least tonight we were going to the Multi-hex theater, which would limit the conversation. I waited for Apple at the ticket booth, and once she arrived she kissed me on the lips. I felt like I needed to gag, but I held it in. She looked at me upset and said, " Are you going to complement me or what?"

" You look beautiful", I replied. She smiled and took my hand as we enter the theater. We were watching a Chick flick called " Ten things I hate about you". It was actually interesting which was surprising. About an hour into the movie, I felt Apple's lips pressed up against my neck. I brushed her off, but then she started up again. I turned to her and said, " You're distracting me from the movie."

She said, " That's the idea" , and giggled. I was kind of annoyed but I knew if she didn't have her way she would make my life miserable. People thought Apple was this innocent girl buts she had a dark side. She knew dirt about everyone, and she had a lot of dirt on my father. I have no idea what she was using against him, but I have to keep her happy for my family's reputation. Her hand signaled me to lay down on the blanket sprawled against the floor. I thought I was going to be sick. She then whispered into my ear, "lay down big boy." I did as I was instructed and felt her lips pressed up against mine. She kept kissing me for what felt like forever, until the movie was over. I then walked her back to her dorm. Once we arrived I saw Raven.

"Did you two love birds have fun?" Raven asked with a smirk on her face. She probably noticed the red lipstick all over my face.

Apple smiled and said, " Of course we did!" It was getting late so we said goodbye to one another. I couldn't help but shudder all the way to my dorm.
