Dear Diary,

Today's Valentine Day and coincidentally also Chinese New Year's eve's eve. Well, because I'm born Chinese, my family have this reunion tradition where all my extended family members gather for a dinner. This year I invited Kong to join me.

I thought I should officially announce him as my boyfriend to my family. My parents support our relationship and I was so relieved when my grandparents from both sides also support our relationship too.

And hey, I really don't think it's fair how easy Kong wins over my family members. EVERYONE is thrilled to see him. My grandmas were swooning over him and warning ME, their youngest grandkid to not bully him... Even my stoic grandpas were nodding their heads in agreement when he wished them greetings. I wonder if he is a magician, charming everyone.

Plus he got LOTS of red packets from my aunts and uncles. Even my cousin sisters were behaving like fangirls when they saw him. All gaga-ing about Kong being handsome...

Ok, I know he is handsome...fine, and he is more attractive when he flashes those sincere smiles of his. Only with me he gives me those horny and evil smiles.

When we were almost at the end of dinner, Kong suddenly disappeared somewhere. I went looking for him and guessed what? I found him talking to my mom and dad.

I couldn't hear anything from a distance but they saw me and stopped talking. Whatever they talked about, they seemed happy. Kong wouldn't tell me.

I wonder if they are gossiping about me? Nah I don't know. After dessert we excused ourselves to go on our date. Kong rented a chalet nearby the beach we went to last time we saw the shooting stars.

Kong was being cheeky and said he will have his second dessert when we arrive. I don't see him buying any dessert so I asked him. He said I'm his dessert.

....

I am going to give him my Valentine present (awesome chocolates I made) and quickly pretend I am tired and go to sleep. I think that should work.
