I got a comment from someone saying that Satsuki had four quirks.
She doesn't have four quirks. She has three: Half Cold, Half Hot, and Terrakinisis (or is Half Cold, Half Hot one single quirk, hmm)
Anyway I'll explain Terrakinisis
Terrakinisis- the ability to control rocks with the mind
Satsuki has been able to use her Terrakinisis quirk to feel for vibrations caused by movement. The reason her hand glowed green is a way to tell the reader that she has activated that specific Quirk.
