Gardenia, Italy? Yes. Why? Because the Winx Club is Italian. It started off with Italian language and all original actors except one were either from Italy or living in Italy so it is a shout out to the nation's voice actors

Why don't all Earth people in Winx & World of Winx know they're fairies?
Simple: Believix transformation was situated in mostly Gardenia aside from the guardian fairies Diana of Amazonian. This has nothing to do with the Amazonian Rainforest because who else is called the type of being or warrior. You guessed it Wonder Women. Then there is Aurora Fairy of the North who lives in the Northern Seas.

The most effected place by Believix would be Gardenia and it two closest neighboring towns. I also would suggest that Believix is far more effective if you are in the town that everyone backs you up in which would explain why their powers on Eaeth mean land can knock the Trix down. Don't need to rush or fuss. But on Magix and on the seaside the Winx are farther away from their believes. On Magix though Roxy is bringing her belief in them with her.

Planet Earth is also pretty huge. Even Gardenia can seem large when you are looking for someone you've never met-Stella
