The pain rushed through his entire body as he laid there on the ground unable to move. The car was rushing his way; the headlight's spreading across his face, the accelerator at its maximum. He glanced one last time at his little brother; Jungkook, who ran without turning behind. Obedient as always but a part of him wanted Jungkook to turn around and look at him, he wanted to see Jungkook's face
one last time.
His breathing was slow and his movements were numb, he opened his eyes but was greeted by a bright light and an oxygen mask strapped to his face, he squinted his eyes adjusting them to the light and once his vision was stable , through the corner of his eye he sighted a boy not much older than him seated near his bed.
With the little amount of energy he had he tilted his head to get a better view of his life saver while trying to bring his voice to thank the boy.
But instead an image of Jungkook appeared and following that his thoughts clouded with all the horrible things that could have happened to Jungkook and knowing that by now Jungkook would have
left him alone in this cruel world,
tears flowed down his cheeks instead of a Thank you.
