[Chapter Twenty]

"Mia.."

Isang ngisi ang pinakawalan niya. "Peek-a-boo."

"Ikaw si Nightmare?" hindi makapaniwala kong tanong.

Tinaasan niya ako ng kilay. "Ako nga."

Tumayo siyang inikot-ikot sa palad niya ang matalim na kutsilyo. "Alama mo, Zara. Matagal ka na sanang patay kundi lang dahil sa mga pakialamerong mga lalaki!"

Napakuyom ako ng kamao. "Bakit mo 'to ginagawa, Mia? Ano'ng kasalanan ko sa'yo?!"

"Marami!" sigaw niya. "Maraming kang kasalanan sa akin, Zara. Kasalanan mo kung bakit namatay si Olivia!"

"Aksidente ang nangyari."

Napatawa siya. "Aksidente? Alam nating dalawa na may lihim kang galit kay Olivia. Naiinggit ka dahil inagaw niya ang posisyon mo sa classroom, sa mga classmates natin at lalaking dati mong gusto!"

Nakuyom ako ng kamao. "Hindi totoo 'yan!"

They all got it all wrong! You think you know the truth about her? You know nothing... Olivia is not as innocent as she looks.

"Are you okay?" A petite girl spread her hand to help me. My eyes are pooled of tears when I looked at her. I can still remember how she smiled at me that day.

That wicked smile.

I got fooled too. She acted weak but the truth is she's pure evil.

"Ano bang ginawa ko sa'yo Zara para i-bully mo ako nang ganito? I did nothing but kindness to you!" umiyak siya sa harapan ng mga teachers namin. I saw how dissappointed our teacher was at me.

"Community service for one week, Ms. Summers!"  I nodded in silence and glanced at her. She smirked behind her pity face.

"Jasper, where are you?"

"Sorry babe, may family reunion kami.." My boyfriend said and ended the call. I deeply sighed and shoved my phone in the pocket of my uniform and grabbed my bag. I walked slowly the pathway of our school.

"Ohh.." my feet halted in that unsual noise. Thinking I should give them privacy when I heard another voice that is familliar to me.

"Olivia.. ganyan nga.."

My hands started to tremble and I bit my lip to stop my tears from falling. Sumasakit ang lalamunan sa pagpipigil ng hikbi at sobrang lakas ng kabog ng dibdib ko.

Mabilis kong sinundan ang pinagmumulan ng ungol. I slowly opened the door and saw how he's dry humping Olivia. Gumuhit ang sakit sa dibdib. I felt a great wave of betrayal.

Family reunion—you big fat liar!

Lumipad ang mga mata ko sa baldeng puno ng tubig-ulan. Dumilim ang paningin ko at ang tanging nasa isip ko lang ay paliguan sila ng kumukulong tubig. A big splash of water made them startled as they turned me with their eyes widen.

I gave them both a death glare without saying anything and throw the empty bucket near their position. Nasaktan man ako ay hindi ako iiyak. Walang imik ko silang tinalikuran at naglakad papalayo.
