Elizabeth [CLASSIFIED] was identified as an active associate of the Strategic Homeland, Intervention, Enforcement, and Logistics Division on 03 October 2013. After a request by Director Nick Fury, she was hand-picked for a surveillance and strategic cover mission for [CLASSIFIED] alongside her older sister, Agent 13, in Washington, D.C. Both she and her sister will be cooperating with aliases to protect their identities and relationship to S.H.I.E.L.D. Acting an an associate, she will be under the protection of her older sister and given LEVEL ONE CLEARANCE at the Triskelion. Elizabeth is under direct orders not to be involved in any field-work outside of surveillance and strategic cover within the strict guidelines mentioned below. Briefing has been cleared by her guardian (Agent 13), effective on 03 October 2013. Training will begin 04 October 2013. Any complications regarding the associate's personnel file should be sent directly to Director Nick Fury himself.
