1st Tutoring Lesson

Me and Kurtz walked from the Sister's Of Quiet Mercy to my house in silence it was until Kurtz broke it. What do you like to do for fun Snow White ? He asked um I said blushing furiously well I like listening to music in my Walkman and I like watching Disney movies and eating candy and reading. I also hang out with my little siblings and play with Buddy my dog I said. Wow he said must be pretty boring no sneaking out for princess huh ? he smirked now why would I do that because sneaking out is fun princess he said nonchalantly. I was blushing again I've never snuck out ever I said. What you can't be serious he said nope not once. I know why you play Griffins and Gargoyles though I said and why is that to fill a void in your life you never had a mother figure from what I heard about that place they probably brainwashed you then you were sent into fosters home you were closed off listening to music on your headphones. Kurtz I'm saying you've never had real love I said. Princess I don't need real love I have drugs and I'm doing just fine on my own here take this water I don't want my siblings seeing you high he laughed. I asked questionably I've sober up Snow White take my word for it. Okay I'm trusting you I want to make a good impression on my parents not a bad one. I'll be on my best behavior he smirked. I blushed I rang the door bell my mom answered it. Oh mon cheri I was so worried about you my mom said as she pulled me in for a tight hug.
I'm fine maman I said. I know Archie told us but that still didn't make me worry any less lots of bad things could of happened to you she said. But I'm still am in one piece aren't I I said. Well I guess and who is this young man my mom smiled. Buddy cane downstairs and basically attacked Kurtz with kisses Kurtz meet Buddy our family dog he's usually very protective of me he's quiet taken with you I said. I've never had a pet before I smiled sadly you can come walk him with me after our tutoring session I said. I think I'd like that very much he smiled kind of sadly. then my younger siblings came downstairs from their rooms. Hey Cassie and Apollo how was your day. Good and they both said middle school is boring and sucks I met someone named Jellybean though I made fun of her name Apollo said. APOLLO STEVEN ROBERTSON apologize to this girl tomorrow save the lecture I already got it from mom he said plus I saw a hot blonde girl with a ponytail she's really cute he said dreamily. Apollo go wash your hands and save the girl talk for another time. How was your day Cassie boring but I'm friends with Jellybean now against Apollo's wishes plus I saw Archie again he's so cute and he let me pet his dog Vegas. That's nice who's this guy though they both asked.  Is he your boyfriend Kurtz raised his eyebrow and smirked I like you dude and he gave Apollo something wow a Superman action figure thanks this is a really rare one. Cassandra - Grace looked at him questionably what do I get Well I happen to know Andrews since he goes to my school and he likes when girls brings him flowers and stuff and plus he really likes a girl who's confident and funny. I'll put in a good word in for you plus word on the street is he does have a cousin who might be moving to Riverdale. He said Thanks she said and ran off with Apollo and Buddy. I was rendered speechless how are you so good with kids I said. He sighed kids were always afraid of me I even bit a few when I was in foster care and I kind of felt bad I guess this is my way of making up for it plus I like that Apollo kid and Cassandra- Grace  seems cool so I kinda didn't want to make a bad impression on them. You can be really sweet when you try you know that I said. Um don't mention it he said. I gave him a tour of the house my dad would home in a little bit since he works a few hours from Riverdale. I'm guessing your mom stays home and takes care of you guys yep my dad works business man he works a few hours from Riverdale. He got a job promotion that's why we moved here I said. oh he said. I can show you our rooms this is Apollo's room

Now my room and that's where will be studying til we are called down for dinner.

I blushed I know my room is girly I had Old movie posters and 60s singers in  my bedroom. Plus my huge bookshelf  Kurtz grabbed a book Grimm's big book of fairytales that's enough exploring I said. What worried I might find some porn magazines huh I asked questionably what's that nothing he said nothing let's get to tutoring. 30 minutes had passed and Kurtz was doing fairly well with his tutoring session until my mom called us down for dinner.
DINNERS READY my mom said . We're coming I said. We better go down don't want my mom to get worried I said. Oh yeah right he said. I had left the door open because I don't know I've heard about stuff and I didn't know if I could trust Kurtz well enough yet. Me and Kurtz sat down next to each other  I hope you guys did some serious studying my mom said and raised an eyebrow. Buddy followed the food and sat down by Kurtz feet. Oh yes we did mom and I left the door open I said. Cassandra- Grace rolled her eyes and just stuffed pesto in her mouth Apollo sat down as my dad did. More like studying their bodies and I was confused Kurtz smirked but covered it up with a cough. APOLLO STEVEN my parents both said . And I was just confused. And who might you be my dad said. Um Daddy I said meet Kurtz I said Kurtz meet Daddy.  It's very nice to meet you Mr.Robertson wish I could say the same he said . And Cassandra- Grace and Apollo choked on their water. Ethan my mom said warningly. Don't worry Mrs.Robertson I get it Kurtz said. So Kurtz what do you plan to do after high school my dad asked and I grabbed his hand under the table Um  actually I want to draw Kurtz said. So an artist my dad said that doesn't pay much you know as long as I have drawing I'll be happy sir. No wife and kids he said. Ethan my mom said again. No sir I think I don't want to have kids ever or get married Kurtz said.  And why's that ? he asked I'm finished with my dinner mom I said. I think it's time to take Buddy for a walk I said to Kurtz. Okay he said . And we walked towards the front door I could here the cleaning up on the dinner table as me and Kurtz got Buddy ready to go for a walk the whole walk was a silent quiet one and I noticed the awkward tension around the dinner table tonight. And Kurtz and I were still silent until he got his stuff and he mumbled a goodbye and disappeared into the night I couldn't help but feel disappointed and bad for him. He's a broken soul who just needs love I thought.
