"Have you seen the video?"
Liliana turned her head to Naveed, staring at him in confusion as he pulled his phone out of his pocket and began to press play on the video.
"If you go near Kaneez Paracha again, if you dare even look in her direction, let alone open your mouth, you will regret it!" Mr Hyatt shouted
"Bruv, he's going to Sumo you with that belly, innit?" One of the men shouted
"You! You come with me!" Mr Hyatt yelled "I think you're going to apologise"
"What for, bruv?" The guy shouted
"Apologise!" Mr Hyatt shouted
"Bro, I didn't do nothing but tell the truth" The lad shouted
"Calm down, Uncle" Another said
"Chill out, Teddy Bear" One lad said from behind the group
"You're animals" My Hyatt spat "You know that? Intimidating women? You lot make me sick!"
"You lot? Aye, aye, aye! What, you mean Muslims?" The lads protested
"I'm a Muslim!" Mr Hyatt stated
"Nah, you ain't, bro" A different lad said
"You're kaffir, bro" Another one said with a chuckle
'"Cos I don't act like a thug? 'Cos I don't disrespect women? This is not some backwater village in Pakistan, you know!" Mr Hyatt growled
"What? Say that again!" The lad said, squaring up
"This is 21st-century Britain" Mr Hyatt said
"So?" The lad spat
"You want to get used to it" Mr Hyatt said lowly
"OK, so you want me to apologise?" The lad chuckled darkly
"Yeah" Mr Hyatt nodded
"To your bitch?" The lad said
"To my what?" Mr Hyatt said in a threatening tone
"To your bitch!" The lad repeated himself
Liliana stood up, shaking her head as Naveed put his phone away. She frowned, kicking her feet together as Naveed sighed deeply.
