As I woke up to the light flooding through my childhood bedroom, I couldn't help but smile that Maeve wasn't here. It was 8 am which meant I could go downstairs and get breakfast still. I slipped out of my room and into the bathroom. Before I could even sit down to pee the banging at the door began.

"Josh, get out of the bathroom!" I heard Annalise groan.

"Not Josh!" I called back and she went quiet. I finished up and washed my hands before exiting to see Annalise tapping her foot. "Goodmorning." I smiled.

"Why are you here?"

"Maeve is crazy and threatened to kill my cat." She nodded. She never like Maeve. She ducked into the bathroom as I went down our stairs and into our kitchen. Our au pair, Sarah, was up and she was making pancakes.

"Your mum didn't tell me you were coming home!" Sarah exclaimed in her thick British accent wrapping her arms around me.

"Well it was very last minute. Also do you know what theme it is tonight?"

"Yes, it's Hawaiian night. My personal favorite." She said with a think British accent. I smiled and happily accepted the plate of pancakes and bacon. As I sat down at the island, Martha had let herself into the house. Martha has been Annalise's best friend since pre-k. Since even before pre-k, Martha's home life was shitty. Both parents are an alcoholic and gone half the time. She's around so much that she's been on our Christmas Card since she was seven.

"Hey, Mar!" I called as Sarah set down Martha's plate next to me. She slipped off her backpack and hustled to sit next to me. "You ready for dinner tonight? Are you bringing any boys?" I giggled. Ever since she was young she had been boy crazy. Falling for any boy she saw.

"No." She sighed. I looked up from my pancakes to see her lips turned down. I gave her a questioning look before she started explaining. "The only boy I want I cannot have. He's perfect to his black hair and to his blonde hair."

"Just talk to him, does he have a girl friend?"

"Yes, but he also doesn't know I exist. You see he's a celebrity."

"What's his name. Cause if it's A$AP Rocky I have an in." With that said I started to take another bite of my pancakes.

"Matt Champion." I choked. I started coughing as the name caught me off guard and now the pancakes don't want to move. I got up and ran over to the sink before coughing up the piece as Annalise came down the stairs.

"You good Blaire?" Annalise said grabbing her plate. I nodded before taking a sip of the orange juice next to me.

"Yeah, Annie. I'm just going to check if Josh is up." I said as I grabbed a granola bar for Josh, because he never has time for breakfast. I rushed up the stairs and opened Josh's door, and surprise-surprise, he was still in bed. I threw the bar at his head and he shot up.

"Go away!" He moaned. I opened his curtains and sat down on his desk chair.

"No, get up." I left the door open as I left his room before hearing Sarah call for Josh. I walked back down stairs to see Annalise and Martha putting their shows on. I walked over to the couch where they were sitting and placed myself next to Martha.

"So, Mar, you like Brockhampton?"

Annie cut in. "We both do. We run a fan page." Martha hit her. "Don't worry about it, who's she gonna tell. Her only friend is crazy and kicked her out. She also threatened to kill her cat." She turned behind her to see Partyman. "Isn't that true!" She said talking to the cat.

"Why do you want to know." Martha asked. Her voice shaking.

"The guy I'm bringing tonight loves Brockhampton. In fact he begged me to go see them at Flog Gnaw.

"We saw them there too." Annie paused. "Don't tell Mom. We were at 'Ellie's House'. Is this guy a friend or a boyfriend." I smiled as I shook my head.

"He's a boy that I'm seeing. I want him to ask me out, but I think I might have to do this one." Josh came fumbling down with his backpack on biting down on the bar.

"Come on Josh, the girls have been ready for awhile." Sarah said as Josh rolled his eyes which earned a punch from me as he groaned. "Let's go!" Sarah said opening the door and rushing everyone out. I laughed at how drained they all looked and they hadn't even walked into school.

"I LOVE YOU GUYS!" I called out after them, earning no response. It was fine though, I knew what I was going to do. I unlocked my phone and looked up the one and only Ciarán. It was 8:30 am so I hope he wasn't asleep. On the first ring he picked up.

"Good morning Care Bear." He let out a sleep filled laugh.

"Why are you calling? Is everything alright. Cause if you need help I'll come right-"

"No, I'm fine." I cut him off. "Are you free tonight?"

"I'm always free for you. Where do I need to be?"

"My house for dinner. Also, bring a Hawaiian shirt and a swimsuit."

"Like the button ups?"

"Mhm." I smiled. "My family does this thing where we have theme night every Thursday, because both of my parents are surgeons so this is the only day when they are both home for dinner. Except they're on vacation right now, but you'll still get to meet the family."

It was now 6 pm and Josh's girlfriend had just arrived. It was a new one, shocker. Martha and Annalise were showering since they had just gotten back from field hockey. I was sitting on the cubbies next to our front door waiting. Waiting and waiting.

What if he stood me up? No. He wouldn't do that, but would he?

I watched as his car slowly pulled up out of the drive way. Relived, I got up and went outside as he parked. I smiled as he got out and I ran over to hug him.

"Woah! Somebody's excited." He said as I let go. I rolled my eyes as I reached out for his hand.

"I've just missed you." He let out a small laugh. I tugged him into the house. I smiled and I couldn't help but not smile when he was around.

"It's been two days."

"Two days too long." I mumbled as I led him to the backyard. Josh's girlfriend sat there on her phone ignoring Josh. He didn't seem to care though. He hadn't really cared how girls treated him, since Savanah. When she died a piece of him went with her.

"Ciarán this is Josh." I said as Josh looked up and smiled. "He's a senior and a football captain." Josh went back to just sitting there as I heard Martha and Annalise approaching.

"Blaire who's this?" I heard Annie asked as she approached our backs. We both turnaround and her face dropped. Martha was frozen.

"Annie, Mar, this is Ciarán." They stayed frozen obviously fangirling. "Martha isn't my real sister, but these two have been friends forever so she practically is." I said smiling. I leaned in to his ear and whispered; "they're fans." He smiled and let out a chuckle.

"Well it's nice to meet you two." The two were still unsure of what to say. "Don't tell anyone, but we're releasing a new alum soon." I turned towards him.

"You didn't tell me that." I turned towards him his facial expression softened as he turned towards me.

"I was planning on telling you tonight. So why not do it now?" I nodded as I looked towards the hot tub. Ciarán followed my gaze and got the hint. We started walking over as I took off the oversize t-shirt I was wearing, unveiling my bikini. His eyes wandered over my body as I climbed in. After he shed his shirt he followed my lead and got in.

"So tell me about this new album." I said. The smile that lit up his face instantly melted my insides.

"It's the best one yet. You're going to love it."
