Part 12: Disney Movie Marathon

I snuggled closer to Cole as we got deeper into the plot. It was dark outside by now, just adding to the effect of the movies we were watching. I mean, they're Disney movies, so it's not that scary, it just makes it more cozy. I pulled the blanket around my knees and leaned into him, almost sinking through the couch. His warm arm was around my shoulders making me sleepy.

"Go Anna. Go... find your, *yawn*, sister..." I mumbled. Cole turned to me and smiled softly.

"You're tired and you have to get up early tomorrow. Why don't we stop now and finish the movies some other time?" He lifted his arm and stroked my hair back.

"No, no... I'm fine. Besides, I can just sleep here." I slipped an arm behind his back and one around his chest, pressing myself into him. He chuckled softly.

"Okay." He pressed play on the movie, so we continued watching.

It might have been only a few more minutes later, but the last things I remembered were him scooping me up and taking me to my bed before planting a light kiss on my forehead and leaving me in peace to rest.
