I raced Leo up the climbing wall and then went back down.

"Still got it!" I exclaimed, jumping off the wall

"Damn Rena how in hades name do you do that?" Leo asked, panting next to me.

"Skill and smarts Mr. Valdez, skill and strength." I responded with a smirk.

"Yeah and you cheat." He mumble

"Oh yeah that too." I responded

We both laughed and walked over to the others.

"Dad this is Leo Valdez." I said

"Serena what are you doing?" Leo hissed

"He's a big fan. I mean really. He wouldn't shut up or leave me alone after finding out that you were my dad. He's quite persistent." I said ignoring him

"So your the famous Leo Valdez. My daughters told me a lot about you. I'll have to see some of your inventions sometime." My dad said shaking his hand

Leo stuttered out some incoherent words making Caleb, Lilly, and Stella laugh a bit at his awkwardness. I threw an arm around his shoulder and gave him another smile.

"We can take you to see them right now actually! We have a few hours to kill before our inevitable defeat by the hunters so why not. You cool with that Leo?" I asked him keeping a grin on my face.

"Y-yeah I guess." He stuttered, walking in the direction of the bunker

"I hate you." Leo hissed as we followed him

"You know you love me. Besides. I heard your trying to rebuild the Argo and I would like to help." I responded

He sighed in defeat and continued our way. We finally got to it and he opened the place and turned on the lights.

"Welcome to bunker nine. Don't go into the corner." He said pointing to the dark shady corner.

My dad looked around awestruck. Especially when he saw the giant ship that Leo and Caleb were rebuilding.

"Oh this I need in on. What do you want me to do Valdez?" I asked

"you and Caleb in the Engine room please." He responded

We nodded and went there to work on it.

"So how have you been for the last nine months?" He asked me

"It's been Fine in New York. What about here at camp? Have you been ok?" I asked

"Hey I'm the older one here I'm the one who should be really overprotective." He said with a bit of a laugh.

"Heh. Sorry. I guess I've become a bit more protective after being around Aaron for a whole school year. Especially after-" I cut my self off

"After what? What happened to Aaron?" He asked, stopping what he was doing and turning to face me

We've both always had a soft spot for little Aaron. He's always been a little brother to the both of us, child of Athena or not.

"It's nothing really. If you want to know he will tell you himself. It's really not my place." I told him

"Alright. Speaking of the little squirt how's he doing?" Caleb asked me, turning back to the main engine

"He's been mostly fine. He's a lot quieter though. He's not the cheery, optimistic twelve year old you knew two years ago. You know the year you can home but you didn't see dad and I never told him." I responded

There was a knock on the door to the room we were in. The door opened and our dad was standing in the doorway.

"This place is amazing how the Hell have you never told me about this?" He asked

"You never asked." I responded, shrugging

"Serena can you leave me and you brother alone for a second. I think the two of us need to talk for a moment." My dad asked me

I looked at Caleb to see that he had frozen almost completely. I nodded and left the room.
