She answerd the phone immediately "big brother, i miss you"
"I miss you too" he laughed, "where is zayd?" He asked.
"Zayd? He left on a trip today"
That bastard! Batool thought
Her brother laughed "pheww looks like your charm wasn't as effective"
"What charm!? I'll kill you" she hissed hanging up. Her brother was always such a jerk but he loved her and cared about her.
12:00, batool climbed down the stairs wincing slightly as a short yet sharp sting shot up her abdomen everytime her feets touch the marble stair case.
A maid who was originally dusting the shelves siezed her action and approached batool with hurried steps.
"Mrs. Your breakfast is ready" the maid smiled. Batool felt sick upon hearing the word breakkfast and curled her lips in distain.
"Share it amongst yourselves I'm not hungry" she dismissed stepping into the living room
The maids face paled. she was instructed by the master to make a nourishing breakfast for the mistress.
She did not understand why the master told her to keep it secret
"Please mrs have a bite...for my sake at least" implored the maid
Batool frowned slightly. For her sake? " I'm curious. Is there some other motive ther-"
"Of course not!" The maid interjected and fled to the livingroom.
