"Love is our true destiny. We do not find the meaning of life by ourselves alone-we find it with another." ~ Thomas Merton

After school ends, I wait outside next to Abel's car.

A few minutes later, he comes strolling out with his confident walk that I love so much. His hands in his pockets, shoulders relaxed and leaned back and his hair ruffling in the wind. It's the most attractive thing but then again, everything about him is.

If I had to pick a favourite feature of his, I would probably say his long toned and muscular legs. There's just something about them that drives me crazy. And they're not like those skinny twigs a lot of guys have, but they actually have a lot of meat on them, just how I like it. I also love his curly dark hair, and his sapphire blue eyes. Oh and his big hands. His full plump lips.

Okay I can't pick a favourite feature since it turns out that I love them all. Everything about him is mesmerising. One glance at him and I'm drowning in Abel.

"Hey Brown Eyes. You good? You look a bit dazed."

Throughout my thoughts, I didn't realise that Abel has finally reached his car.

He opens my door for me and waits for me to get inside before heading to his side.

"Yeah I'm alright, just thinking." I reply with a nod.

"About?"

Everything I love about you.

"Nothing much." I say instead.

Rather than waiting for Abel to grab my hand or put his on my thigh, I decide to intertwine our hands together first.

Abel is naturally a more affectionate person than I am with his constant touches and little kisses here and there but I really want to change that. In fact, most of the time I'm trying not to attack him with my cuddles. But then again, I think he'd like that so I should probably let loose.

Abel smiles at me and lifts our hands to place a kiss on my knuckles before resting them down on my thigh.

I look out the window and realise that Abel isn't driving the route to my house, "Abel, I think you missed a turning."

"No I didn't." He says vaguely.

"What?" I ask in confusion, "Then where are we going?"

"You didn't honestly think I wasn't going to do anything for Valentine's Day did you?" He glances at me with a smirk.

"I told you I would be fine with just staying in with you and watching a movie."

"I know baby and I love that about you but we do that all the time. So instead of watching a movie indoors, how about we do it outside?"

"Wait, are you taking me to one of those drive in movies?" My voice gets increasingly higher with each word showing how excited I truly am.

"Yup." He says with a smile
.

I remove our hands and slap him on the shoulder, "How'd you know I've always wanted to go to one of those!" I exclaim.

"Ow." He laughs out. "And I didn't but I felt like it's something everyone wouldn't mind doing."

"Oh I'm excited! What movie are we watching?"

"Grease."

"I haven't seen that in years."
