Chapter 16 { Lycan }

Asher P.O.V

I was questioning the rogue when I felt something is wrong.

" continue this until he will confess, " I told Mason and he nodded, I quickly got out of the cell.

' Jon, you are responsible for guarding my house, everything is alright? Where is Luna??' I asked through the mind-link. something is wrong with her, I just can feel it.

' yes, Alpha everything is- wait! Alpha! We just found one of our warriors passed out ' he said and I knew it!

' just pray your Luna will be fine, otherwise, you will face worst death possible!' i cut off the mind-link

' let me take control, now !' Leo said and I knew that was the best option so I let him take full control.

he took control and he shifted into our black Lycan, we ran off to find my Luna. I heard her voice from here... she called my name. I felt like a dead soul, I ran in full speed and what I saw made my blood run cold, there were 5 wolves surrounding my Luna ready to attack.

That sight made me let out a dangerous growl telling them their death has came.

Luna P.O.V

I closed my eyes ready for my death when I heard a very loud and dangerous growl, I swear I felt the ground under me shook by it.

I opened my eyes quickly to see what it is, but I couldn't believe my eyes, I just couldn't. even in this state, me crying mess, in pain, this was just like a dream.

H-how is that possible? How can there be a Lycan right in front of me? They exist only in fantasy.

I wiped my teary eyes with the back of my hands, it took me only a few seconds to do so, but when I removed my hand the big Lycan which was far away only a few seconds ago was now right in front of me I couldn't help but to scream.

How-how did he get here so fast?

" p-please let m-me go ... what have I ever done to any of you..?" I felt the hot tears I thought I had them under control falling from my eyes once more.

He growled making me cry even harder, I could feel my body starting to shake unstoppably.

Just when I didn't know what was next, I felt my self being lifted up in his large arms as I was brought closer to the creature's chest. I was still shaking, I was scared, really scared.

He kept walking till he stopped before he put me down softly on the forest floor in a sitting position, he sat behind me, I was confused at his actions but what made me even more confused was the fact he put his wet nose between my neck and shoulder sniffing it, it was tickling me which made me feel slightly better.

" a-are you gonna kill me..?" I asked after finding enough courage in me to speak, but all I got was a dangerous growl.

" s-so you saved me back then..? I-I am thankful..." I told him as I started messaging the foot that just got twisted from when I fell down. it hurts badly, so I tried to get rid of some pain.

"T-then if you won't kill me c-can you please help m-me even more by t-taking me home..?" I asked like an out of mind person that I am indeed, it is not like he gonna understand me anyways.

He growled softly which I don't know if it means yes or no if he can even understand me. He stood up from behind me and walked to my left side after he was few meters away he sat down there once more looking at me.

How the hell does Lycan exist? That is nearly impossible if he exists then does that mean every other fantasy creatures exist as well?

Hell what if he is even a human?!?!??

" I am asking a question, it will sound stupid I know and I don't even know if you understand what I am saying now, which makes me feel like an insane person-" he growled at that part well that means he understands me, right? I only smiled a bit at that point

" But you know, it is not something real for you to exist ?" I asked earning another growl from him

" I-I mean you don't suppose to be here, there is no way in life that Lycan exists... I mean there are wolves and they are real but Lycan... wait if you can understand me, let me get to the more crazy part...umm are you human too?!" He looked at me for a long minute only then I realized how beautiful his eyes were, those green iris made me believe i have never seen any eyes so beautiful.

I got lost in them before I heard him growl making me come back to my sense.

"I am sorry, I am crazy now, I know " I let out a sigh

" so do you have a name? " I asked he growled once more, guess he does

" But I wouldn't know what your name is now. how can you tell me ?" I asked he just stared at me

" Well, then can I name you something ?" I asked he growled rather softly this time. I thought and thought and thought about it, then it clicked! the name I always loved, the name I even want to name my son after it some days.

" how about Leonardo?" I asked

" ok then I will call you Leonardo from now on we can short it for Leo if you want to " he growled and if I wasn't getting it wrong, that growl was an approval.

" now Leo can you help me please to get home? It is close by here " he hesitated for a minute before he came closer to me and carried me once more

If I am not insane, he just looks like my guardian. he came out of nowhere, saved me and now he is helping me to get home.

He starts to ran but not fast rather slow for his speed I guess, on the other hand, I was close to his chest which made the chilly night doesn't bother me anymore. I don't know how he knew where my home is, maybe because of my scent. as I read in stories they are stronger than wolves.

I thought he will leave me once we got close enough to the house, but he got closer to the as he sniffed the air, I think he is doing this to know if someone is there or not. and to my surprise, the guards are all gone, maybe they went to look for me.

He took me inside as he softly put me on one of the couches in the living room, I am now grateful that our house door and space are so big, he actually came in without any problems.

He was in a kneeling position in front of me

" I don't know how to thank you, Leo, you are like my knight in shining armor," I told him words from deep within my heart.

He licked the side of my face which made me giggle

" wait, you are a boy right ?" I asked he growled making me nod

" Understood, you will leave now ?" I asked, he is just so friendly now, unlike the first time I am not scared of him anymore.

" will I ever see you again?" I asked he growled softly

" I hope it will be soon, if I ever came out to the forest I hope I will meet you again " with the last glance at me he left the house.

I slowly lay down on the couch

Dang, it, I can't even walk now, what can I do?

For a while, I thought of what to do when the front door flew opened with a loud bang, make me quickly look over to it.

Well I think i am in deep shit now
