Chapter 46 { Happy family }

Luna P.O.V

I rubbed my eyes as I let out a yawn, stretching my arms.

" oh my god, Luna, you are awake!" I looked over to Asher who was standing beside the bed.

" of course? What do people do after sleeping?" I said as I sat down on my bed or maybe not... How wrong can I be? I am in the hospital? But why?

" yesterday you were in pain, so I brought you here, remember?" he asked and the memory of yesterday flashed back in my mind, he is right.

" well then... I am alright, right?" I asked a bit nervous, what if I am really sick?

" you are ok baby, you just can't overwork yourself anymore," he said softly as he sat on the edge of the bed.

" huh? Why not?" I asked confused. I mean, it is not like I want to overwork myself, but overworking is part of my job.

Suddenly my eyes widened at the realization
" I have a dangerous sickness! am I not?! Oh my god... I am too young to die!" i said terrified while hugging myself.

" do you think I would be so calm if you were to be sick," he asked, well he is right.

" then what?" I asked he smiled before saying a sentence that stopped my whole world.

" because when you are overworking yourself, you are hurting our little pup" I kept staring at him for a long minute

" what?" I asked, I really didn't get a word.

" my love, we are about to become a family," he said smiling as brightly as ever, I, on the other hand, felt my heart trembled before hot tears started running down my cheek. I could feel Asher panicking as he hugged me softly, rubbing my back and whispering sweet words in my ear.

" Why are you crying? Are you sad?" He asked I shook my head almost immediately

" I-I am happy yet s-scared," I told him truthfully how I feel.

I always dreamed of having kids with the love of my life but... I am still young myself. what if I won't be a good mom?

" don't say that love, you will be a great mother, ok? Nothing gonna happen, I will be always by your side no matter what. So no need to be worried." I nodded putting my strut in his words.

After sometimes when the positive thoughts replaced my negative ones, I had a really important question to ask.

" wait, how old is the baby?" I asked

" three weeks I guess? It is what the doctor told me anyways." I looked down to my belly

" I felt like I was getting fat, and yet you kept saying no I still look the same." I wanted to facepalm myself, for god sake, every sign were there and I didn't see them

" you didn't look fat in my eyes, you looked just as beautiful as always. is that my fault?" He is so adorable, my god

" you are so sweet-" I couldn't finish my sentence, the door burst open making me jump a bit. Asher on the other side turned around growling at whoever it is.

" Luna!!!! What a happy day!" oh my god, everyone came into the room, our close friends I mean.

" I can't believe, I will finally become auntie!" Jenny said as she hugged me tightly, I smiled at her words

" who said you will become auntie?" I asked teasingly, she backed away watching me annoyed.

" you are kidding, right? I will be your baby's auntie and not just their auntie I am their godmother as well!" She said, making Sophia jump into the conversation as well.
