Chapter 49 { When it comes to love }

Asher P.O.V

After Luna left, I asked someone to follow her and make sure that she is fine. I am just feeling uneasy, she was acting strange.

After one hour or so, I got mind linked by the warrior that was following Luna, and what he told me made my blood boil.

Luna was meeting up with Hunter? Is that why she was acting so strange? What if Hunter is planning on hurting her right now? What if this is all Hunter's plan to hurt me again?

I couldn't see clearly anymore, I was thirsty for Hunter's blood and I will kill him

I mind linked Mason and Liam to be at the location with some of the pack warriors. and I wasted no time getting into my car and driving towards the location as fast as I could.

I got there and I couldn't hear or see anything clearly, the only thing I could hear in my head was a voice telling me to kill Hunter. And i followed that voice command.

I asked Luna to move out of the way and when she didn't my anger worsened. I didn't know what I did, but when I gained back control over my body, I was on top of Hunter punching him nonstop while I heard the crying of the love of my life asking me to stop.

I stopped looking back to see Luna is a crying mess, I could tell she was hurt just by looking at her.

I stood up walking over to her, she didn't move which I was really thankful for if I were to see any fear in those beautiful eyes, or even if she moved slightly. My world would have been crushed down.

" d-did I make you c-cry?" I whispered cupping her face in my hand while wiping her tears with my thumbs, I was just praying she would say no.

" I-It's Fine I-I am fine, just please stop hurting him now," she said as she put her hands over mine

Why is she defending him

" Why are you defending him?" she shook her head

" I am not defending him, he saved me back in the castle and he asked me to give him a chance so he will explain himself. And I thought everyone deserves a chance so I gave it to him. Would you please let him explain" but what is there to be explained? he worked for my wicked uncle and now-

" please? for me ?" I can't refuse now

" everyone, leave us alone, now " they didn't need to be told twice, they all left except for me, Luna and Hunter.

" if you want me, i will leave too," Luna said softly, but I shook my head with a small smile. She is the one who is keeping me sane, I do not want her to leave.

I looked over to Hunter with a death glare

" This does not mean anything, I am just doing this because my mate asked me to do it. So you better explain whatever you want and leave from my sight forever" I said coldly, I could see slight hurt in his eyes, but I don't care at all

" I will leave, no worries. Tomorrow is my last day in this country, I would leave with my mate and never come back" he said

" ok, so I know this is crazy I will make it quick. Let's start with the day our - I am sorry I don't have right to call them my parents, I mean your parents died in" Luna at this point wrapped her arms around my arm, I know she is trying to comfort me
