Sorry if the recent chapters became confusing.
So to summarize it, Namjoon decided to text Jin as Nami since he hadn't had the chance to the past few days.
Then that same day, Jin and the other two got to talk to a friend after a long time, which is Ken.
Seeing them so happy with talking to Ken, Namjoon forgot about him texting Jin earlier and his thoughts focused on the fact that the three boys seem to be more happy talking to Ken than spending time with them.
So when Jin asked for his advice, he thought that the person that Jin is referring to is Ken because, as I aforementioned, Jin was having fun talking to Ken and Namjoon forgot about the fact that he talked to Jin earlier.
And to add up to Namjoon's suspicion, Jin mentioned that this person haven't contacted him for a long time. Which is similar to the whole Ken situation.
That's when his feelings got hurt which made him suicidal again.
