New books out!

G came over and sat next to me. I leaned up against him tired and overwhelmed. "Awe! You two should literally kiss right now." Night smiled at me. Heat raised to my cheeks and I got off G and scooted away. "Really?" G asked annoyed. "What? I said it without thought, you do it all the time." Night argued. "Actually I don't, I just use that as an excuse." G smirked. Night's eyes widened, shocked, and then they went back to normal. "That actually makes sense." Night sighed. G chuckled. "What does he want?" I asked, trying to get answers. "You really want to know?" Grillby asked unsurely. I nodded, determined to find out what Gaster wanted with me. "Well... I guess it kinda depends on the creature." Paps started. "I'm not saying anything." G growled, closing his eyes and trying to rest. "Then I will." Night sighed. G's eyes shot open. "No. You. Will. Not. She has no need to know about my backstory!" G crossed his arms stubbornly. "Gaster wants something to do with her, I think she has the right at this point," Grillby stated. G growled in disapproval. I shrunk down while Grillby, Night, G, and Paps had a discussion about whether or not to tell me. After a while, Paps shushed everyone and looked at me. "I'm going to tell her a story! Everyone likes stories!" Paps smiled. "What story?" G growled, a little angered. "A story about two creatures hat went through this kind of thing," Paps answered, my head perked up in interest. "A story!?" I smiled. Paps nodded, "This is a true story so listen carefully." Paps instructed I scooted closer telling Paps I was listening. "Once soon a time-" Paps started enthusiastically. "If you start a sort with 'once upon a time', it doesn't sound true." G interrupted. Paps glared at G and he put his hands up in defense. "Once Ap on a time, there were two monsters, no one knows what kind they are, but they were built here in this lab." Paps smiled happily. G rolled his eyes. "Do you not believe in stories or what?" I asked G. He looked at me like I was dumb, but shrugged, looking away. I rolled my eyes and smiled at Paps, gesturing for him to continue. "They were Gaster's first two experiments, you could only imagine what he did to the two, but! I hear that there was some sort of a laser that they had to have shot straight into their eyes!" Paps continued. "Does anyone know if it was painful!? Did it hurt?" I asked. "No one knows," Paps answered. "Are they still here!?" I asked, running to the laser door and looking down the halls.

G's POV

Frisk looked up and down the empty hallway as if they would walk down the hallway any minute. She does realize the two monsters are me and Paps right? I looked at Paps and he gave me a soft smile. I sighed, trying to understand Neko's. They can be so... blind. "They escaped, so whether or not their back is another thing." Paps answered. Frisk turned back to Paps and sat back down, close to me as she waited for Paps to continue, I didn't pay attention to Pap's story, so it went by quickly. After Pap's little story, Gaster came back and looked at us all. "Now what!?" I growled annoyed that he kept staring. "This story... does she even realize who it is?" Gaster asked. "IS IT SOMEONE I KNOW!?" Frisk yelled. "Don't make her jump to conclusions. I've had enough drama for one day." I stated, laying back. "WHA!?" Frisk yelled again. "What did you give her alcohol!?" Grillby asked. I looked at Frisk to see her eyes widened and her skin practically pale as snow. She couldn't keep balanced, as if she couldn't desire which way to lean. My eye's widened as I watched her. "You want her to die, don't you? Is that why she's here!? So you can torture her!?" I growled, trying to stay calm. "It's just the side effects of the X-B." Gaster answered. I looked at him. "You said that could kill other creatures." I stated. "It could, yes. But very unlikely. I'll be back with some medicine." Gaster walked off. "He's not coming back till' morning." Night stated. "I know." Paps and I said at the same time. I grabbed her and pulled her closer to me, feeling her temperature on her forehead. "She's got a cold or something." I said as I felt the temp. It was as cold as ice, if not colder if that's possible. "We need to warm her up, at that temperature she'll die." Grillby said, standing up and walking over to me and Frisk. "That dumb bastard." I grumbled. "Calm down G. She'll be fine, one body will do. It's whether or not who warms her up." Grillby said kneeling down, feeling her forehead. He pulled away and sighed. "If I do it I might overhear her and get her sick a different way." Grillby stated. "So it's either Paps, Night, or you." Grillby looked at me. Frisk fell backward, her skin going colder. "But we need to decide now." Grillby added. I grabbed Frisk and held her close, her cold body leaning into me. "Are you sure?" Grillby asked. "Are you questioning me?" I growled. Grillby put his hands up in defense and walked back to where he was a minute ago. "Be careful on what you say, G kinda gets angered with the littlest things." Paps warned. "Wouldn't he be mad at you for saying that?" Grillby asked. "No! He's my brother! We already went through this, he knows I don't mean any bad meanings to anything!" Paps smiled, it kinda reminded me of how Paps believed in me at the worse times, like that time I couldn't glow. He didn't give up on me, even when I started screaming at him. I thought I was going to die that night, why? Because Gaster wouldn't need a monster that couldn't glow, he would kill me. Frisk stirred in my arms, her body was now somewhat warm. I looked up to apologize to Grillby for getting upset easily when I realized they were all asleep. I looked at the lights and they were off. Paps opened one of his eyes and smiled. "C'mon brother, get some sleep, it's like... midnight." Paps yawned and went back to sleep. I held Frisk closer and closed my eyes, falling asleep shortly after.

-Morning-

The lights turn on and I cover my eyes, a warmish item covering me. It felt like a blanket, but... much heavier. The items move a little and I try my best to keep calm. Maybe it's Paps, maybe he got cold or something. I open my right eye and see Frisk, stirring, mumbling some words as she shifted around. I smile down at her. I close my eye again and yawn. I open both eyes to see Paps smiling at me, teary eyes watching me. I started to panic. "What did he do?" I growled, over- protectively. "Nothing, it's just you and Frisk are the cutest couple I've ever seen. My brothers growing up." Paps smiled even wider. My eye's widened and looked back down at Frisk. "G?" She mumbled, her eyes still closed. I look closer at her to see her cheeks a little pink, she's... blushing?
