Till I Love You (Ch.7) Birthday Prank On Paul

Paul's POV:
"Alyssa quit climbing on me!", I say starting to get frustrated.
"No you promised me you would get me another movie! You lied!"
"Well I kinda ran out of money."
"No you didn't you check the bank yesterday."
*I just lied again..*
"Paul what movie does she want?", Makayla asks.
"Timeline and some others."
*She grabs my hair and pulls it.*
"Chill girl I gotta have that hair for a movie!", I tell her.
*Ouch that hurt.*
*Makayala comes over and she kisses me. Alyssa let's go of my hair and walks to the kitchen.*
*Makayala runs her fingers in my hair as she kisses me again.*
"Why are you playing rude at me? Kissing me? Running fingers through my hair. I know what you want.", I tell her.
"Okay what do I want?"
"To tickle."
*I tickle the life out of her. She laughs so hard.*
*I kiss her again and we start to get into it. I pick her up and I go upstairs with her in my arms.*

*I cook lunch for us. Since Makaya's not wanting to get up out of bed. Wait I just remembered something. I haven't even met her parents yet, and I just?....yep. I did. She hasn't met mine either. I know she met them once but not properly. Okay when...Okay we meet again Thanksgiving. Which is not far away. But that's about basically in this month. What did I miss? Yeah that's right I missed...Mead...oh my gosh! Meadow's birthday. I put the bread down and I run upstairs as fast as I possibly can.*
"Meadow, happy birthday!", I yell jumping in her room.
"Two days ago.."
"Meadow, I'm sorry I've been busy. Helping Alyssa with her book. And other things I won't talk about..."
"Yeah whatever."
"Okay umm, how about-"
"No. I'm not leaving. I'm going back home."
"No your not. You know Rebecca doesn't take care of you-"
"You have no room to talk! You haven't even seen me in a week. I've been here the whole time!"
"I'm sorry Meadow."
*Jr comes in and hands Meadow a birthday present. I think he..yeah he made it.*
"Sissy I'm sorry. I wanted to work hard on this because it's your birthday. I love you.", he says and she picks him up.
"Thanks Jr. I love it."
*I go downstairs and I call Tyrease.*
"Hey White boy what's up?"
"Hey umm Tyrease I need your help. I need to plan something for Meadow. I missed her birthday. And I wasn't thinking. I missed it. I just need some ideas."
"She told me she didn't have anything to do with you anymore."
"What?"
*I drop my phone. Now I'm in a mess I can't get out of.*
*I invite Meadow's friends over.*
"Meadow I invited your friends over. Do you love me again?", I ask.
"Nope."
"Meadow I'm sorry! I really am!"
*I go to Makayala who's in the bedroom still.*
"I'm in a funk.", I tell her.
"Paul you knew it was Meadow's birthday."
"No I didn't. I didn't have the time or date. Okay I'm stupid now."
"No your not, because this was a prank. We got you."
*I get up and I go into Meadow's room and Meadow's laughing.*
*I happen to look at my phone. November 4th. Gosh...*
*I'm angry. But not as angry.*
