chris was doing horrible. how could the love of his fucking life do this to him? but he knew he was not innocent in this at all. he had messed up again.
chris stared at the ceiling of his hotel room. he had 'moved' out of the house a few days ago awaiting selena's next move. the kids were taking it much better than the two imagined. harry had been staying over with them to keep the kids comfortable until selena was done with her meetings.
chris grabbed the glass of whiskey on his nightstand, puzzled at how much sleep he had gotten since selena told him she wanted a divorce. all he could do was what she wanted and needed of him. partially since he didn't do that when they were married and partially because he felt like it was the right thing to do.
gosh, he wanted this nightmare to end. he wanted his wife back and to be all together.
