"Germany, sleep." You demanded, glaring at the German like a vulture.
It was currently 2:41 am. You originally went downstairs only to get some marshmallows but a change of plans happened when you noticed that your love was still awake.
"I'm fine (Y/n), I don't need to sleep."
'That totally doesn't explain your sleepy tone of voice'
You thought sarcastically.
Germany stood up from his seat, slightly towering over you. He placed his hand on top of your head.
"I'm fine," he assured.
"Says the country that has eye bags darker than my soul." You argued and let out a small sigh.
"Germs, please. Just take a break for a while..."
Germany looked at you in empathy, which eventually was answered with a disapproving sigh.
Cold-hard silence filled the room, as you lowered your head in defeat.
His hand took hold of yours.
"Alright, I'll sleep for a bit." he smiled at you warmly as you tackled him with a hug.
"Thanks, Germs..."
