The snake hissed at your figure, who was slowly approaching it.
The poor thing had its tail stuck under a big rock.
"Shhhh... There, there... I'm not gonna hurt you... " you cooed, lifting up the big rock.
"Ugh-darn this thing is heavy..."
Once you lifted up the big piece of stone, the snake rose up and quickly scooted away from you.
You were amazed. Normally snakes would try to defend themselves or flee.
Your lips tugged into a warm smile.
"Hi there... " you hushed, gently petting the scaly creature.
From a slight distance, you saw Australia approaching you and the snake.
"Hey there mate, it seems like you got everything under control." he chuckled, kneeling down to pet the snake.
"Sure do commander." you joked, earning a light punch at the arm from the country beside you.
He stood up.
"Well, I'll go get the team. Keep an eye on her, ok?" he requested as you nod in response.
Australia walked on, stopping halfway.
"Oh and...your not half bad at this..." he complimented before rushing off to the others.
A chuckle escaped your mouth as you felt your cheeks heat up.
Your focus then returned to the creature in front of you.
"Haha! Aren't you a pretty creature."
