Chapter 16: Behr Festival

"L-Leonard....?" Ritsuka asked,

"Haaa...yes it's me, do I look like a monster to you?" Leonard asked with a glare,

His lion-like hair has been trimmed shorter and his bushy beard has been shaved away revealing his smooth face. With all of the hair out of the way, Ritsuka is now able to see his handsome appearance!

At first he looked like a 40th year old man! Now he looks 10 years younger!

"Huh? So this is what's hiding behind all of those hair...!" Vin was also astonished by the drastic change of Leonard.

"Geez, what's with you guys? I only shaved and cut my hair...," Leonard said with an annoyed look,

"But why the sudden change of style?" Vin asked with a mischievous smile,
"Ah...my hair was getting in the way...a-and I think it's way more fresh to shave! Yeah, that's it!" Leonard said almost stuttering,

"Hmmmm~" But Vin actually smiled with a knowing expression,
"Leonard......you pervert," Ritsuka said with a dark expression,

"IT'S NOT WHAT YOU THINK DAMNIT!" Leonard shouted,

Ritsuka and Vin had their breakfast downstairs, but just when they are finished....

The door opens and there stands Serilda! and Maya...
"Hello there! Ritsuka-chan!" Serilda instantly went for Ritsuka and hugs her tightly,

"G-Good morning...! Serilda...!" Ritsuka tried to speak as she's being suffocate by her strong grip,

"Hey! Hands off , woman!" Vin said with an annoyed look,

"Anyway, Ritsuka-chan...I wanna take you out on a date! How about it?" Serilda said,
"Huh? A date?"

"Quit it you ugly woman! Just leave us alone...!" Vin growled,

"You see, there's a festival tonight! What do you say~?" Serilda said,

"A festival!?" Ritsuka's eyes lit up,

"Um um, that's right! Let's go then!" Serilda then pulls Ritsuka out of the inn,

"Haaa...what an annoying woman...!" Vin said with a sigh,
"Just let her do as she pleases," Maya said to him,

In the end, Ritsuka was taken by Serilda to look around various shops and stalls.
She also made her try out many dresses and clothes. Of course, Ritsuka was a little tired....and Raven had left earlier since she's tired following them around...

She does love to see these beautiful dresses.....but when she sees her body in front of the mirror.......so full of scars....she began to hesitate to even try the dress.

"What's wrong?" Serilda steps inside the dressing room,

"Oh, no...I don't think these dresses would suit me...," Ritsuka hands he dresses to Serilda,

"Of course they do suit you! You're so pretty that anything would look good on you!" Serilda said,

"....but...," Ritsuka unconsciously held her arms, and Serilda sees her gesture...and she understood,

"Now now, just put.........this one on," Serilda went through the pile of dresses she had chosen and hands one piece to Ritsuka,

"But Seril—" "Apapapap! Listen to your big sister, and try this one! I'll be waiting outside," and then she left the dressing room,

Ritsuka looks down at the dress in her hands...and in the end, she tried it on.

Moments later,

"Mistress, he's done," Maya said,

"Oh? Let's see,"

Then a handsome young man steps into the room.
"You look nice, Vin," Serilda said,
