Alastor's aura darkened around the two of you as the wolf jump at you two with its jaws open for the catch. Your hands reached back to hug yourself when your hands brushed the guns you had put into your pockets from Angel while you were running. Your eyes widened as you took out the already cocked weapons quicker then your brain could process and shot the demon in in the leg with a bullet and grazed the ear with the other.
For a girl whom never even held a gun before (much less shot one) she thought she did pretty well for a split second shot. The wolf closed his mouth as Alastor stepped to the side to dodge, though you had already shot. You looked at the smoking guns an fear, remembering your father as you became sick to your stomach from the feeling if shooting something.
Alastor looked at the blood stained snow, "Darling--" Before he could speak again, the wolf stood up and charged again. Alastor tapped your shoulder, and you were at your house again. Angel was no longer on the wall but you saw bloody drag marks on the floor into the other room. You spared your eyes and fought the urge to look into it farther and hid in your room-- hoping your father was not here as you went into your room to hide and wait for Alastor. You sub-mindedly rubbed the charm's smooth surface until she heard heavy footsteps coming down the hall towards your room.
You slammed your aching body onto the door to keep him out, your father, and he banged on the other-side. You screamed as you began to loose footing to push the door to stay closed against your much larger (and stronger by gender) father.
You had flash backs of that last night your mother was alive, and that damned shot-- that fucking gun. You pulled out your guns and looked at them, (hopefully) cocking them and jumping back after a hard breath. Your father, that nightmare-ish man, laughed when he saw your guns pointed at what you hoped was his head.
"Your really going to try to shoot me, (Y/n)? Ha!" He stepped closer, still chuckling.
"One m-more step a-and I'll s-s-shoot." You said as sternly as you could, your arm you had fallen on starting to feel bruised. He stepped again.
"Then shoot me." He said, taking yet another pace forwards, "Do it." And another-- 10 steps away.
Nine; Your hands shook.
Eight; You started crying harder.
Seven; if you did this would you be just like him?
Six; pull it! Pull it now!
Five; I can't do it! I can't do it!
Four; I have to, I have to pull it.
Three; for mom!
Two; He'll kill you too!
One; Bam.
You pulled the trigger just as he started to reach out to touch you. His green eyes widened in shock just as your did as well. The male hit the floor with a hard thump as you panted, your heart thumping in your chest from fear and shock-- dropping the guns. Your father gasped for air and clawed with his hands at the bullet hole that was just in the bridge of his nose while the other missed and hit the wall behind him. He struggled to breath thru the blood-oozing hole as he looked up at your wild and fear fulled eyes.
A hand grabbed the door-frame as Angel appeared to see the dying man, he gasped and looked at your fear twisted face that was locked on your heaving father, Angel walked quickly over and covered your eyes with two hands and with the other two grabbed your waist as your knees became weak. You breathed heavily, your father's wheezing still filling the room though you could no longer see him.
You began to cry harder, coming out of shock and passed out from panic. Your body went limp and Angel picked your cold form up bridal style and bring you downstairs. Angel went back up to look at the dead man but he was no longer there-- only a outline of bloody ashes. As what happens when you make a deal with a demon and you die before your end of it.
Angel looked at all the ash, putting two fingers down into the light grey fluff to pull out an impacted bullet that you had shot him with. He tossed it towards the doorframe where Alastor stood.
"He's dead. its over." Angel said, "she passed out, i put her on the couch." He said bluntly.
"It's not over, Angel, It was a deal-- not a contract." Alastor said, catching the bullet that was still warm and had a flat tip from skull impact. Angel turned around fully.
"Then we have to do something about her skill levels. she hit-- this time-- from adrenaline. Not skill." Angel said, "and Lupus will be harder to kill."
