The Q.R.A had reached the outskirts of Deika City. The had encountered fierce resistance on their way there from the M.L.A. This wasn't a conventional battle as the M.L.A relied only on their quirks to attack. However, that gave them the advantage of range, as the Q.R.A used blasters, but still, it was difficult.
The tanks were coming in; they were going to break through the outer defenses. They were determined to pass.

From his tent, Phoenix was watching everything unfold.
D.P: This is going to be annoying...
Suddenly a car stopped by his tent, and a helicopter could be seen flying over.

The soldiers went forward; they were determined to do whatever they could to inflict damage. Jitsuna was at the front, commanding the soldiers, a skillful fighter, he had gained respect from Phoenix. Naturally quirkless, he had been abandoned at an early age in the streets, where he learned to survive on his own. He tried to not stray from the right path, but time and time again, he had been denied for being quirkless. A fan of Phoenix since the beginning, so naturally, when he made the offer to join him, he accepted and went to earn Phoenix's respect when he proved his skills in a duel with him. Now those skills were going to be useful.
