THIRD PERSON'S POV

Night has come, Yuna didn't talk to Ryujin. She said she will and that made Ryujin be hopeful but it turns out that Yuna is still avoiding her

The party has started, Ryujin was watching all of the people enter Yuna's house

It already looks like a club. Ryujin can't count how many people are there but she's sure that everytime someone comes in Yuna will greet them with a wide smile.

Ryujin wonder if Yuna will do the same to her once she stepped in her house. She badly needs to talk to her. She wants to confess her feelings for the girl eventhough it's not the right time

Ryujin started moving and fixed herself. She took the necklace she bought in the drawer, it's a necklace that she'll give Yuna later after her confession.

It's sudden but if she don't do it now she's scared she might not do it for the rest of her life. Yuna is a gem, and a gem needs to be taken care of. She's the one that will take care of that gem.

Ryujin heave a deep sigh. She's infront of her mirror watching herself.

She's wearing a red shirt inside a leather jacket paired with black jeans, sneakers and a cap on her head. She looks charismatic, charming, boyish, gorgeous but nervous at the same time.

Ryujin reached for her doorknob having second thoughts.

Negative thoughts started coming inside her mind. Full of 'What If's'

Her phone suddenly rang, it was Lia.

"Hello?" Ryujin answered

"Let's go together, shall we?" asks Lia

Ryujin looked outside her window and Lia greeted her by waving her hand on the air

Ryujin sigh deeply before going out of her house. She feels her heart pumping out of her chest because of nervousness.

She and Lia started walking towards Yuna's house. It's loud, there are people outside having fun, doing the things they shouldn't do in public, having the best time of their lives

'Yuna and Chaeryeong have lots of friends,' Ryujin thought to herself while observing all the people around

She knew she'll get tired easily knowing that she's an introvert. She hates loud noises and prefers to be in a quiet place

As soon as they both stepped inside someone pulled Lia away from Ryujin's grasp. The living room is full of people

Ryujin noticed a stool bar on the swimming pool area, it was the first time she saw it. She was amazed.

Everyone looks wasted but they are still having fun but that isn't what Ryujin came here for.

She came for that specific person.

Ryujin started moving and look around the place, she's starting to get tired when Chaeryeong approached her along with her girlfriend.

"Hey Ryujin, are you having fun?" asked Chaeryeong while her arms snaked around a brunnette girl beside her

Ryujin can already smell the alcohol from her mouth but Chaeryeong isn't drunk nor tipsy yet.

"I'm actually looking for Yuna." Ryujin scratched the back of her nape

Chaeryeong chuckled while nodding her head

"I see but I would like you to meet my girlfriend first, Yuri meet Ryujin, Ryujin meet Yuri." Chaeryeong cheerfully introduced both girls to each other

Both of them politely bowed to each other while shaking each other's hands

Suddenly, a loud music started playing. Everyone started dancing and Ryujin was pulled towards the others, she got seperated from the two

She was supposed to ask Chaeryeong where Yuna might be but the timing wasn't right

Ryujin didn't lose hope. Yuna is probably just somewhere inside the house; so, she started searching for her again

Everyone wants to give Ryujin a shot but the girl will politely refuse and leave.

She started losing hope, she sat down the sofa. The lights started going dim while the music changed everyone gathered up into the dancefloor and danced with their love ones

Ryujin was just observing them. She feels sad, her mind going blank.

A sight of blonde hair started showing on the dance floor. Ryujin's eyes widen as she try to suppress her smile

'You're finally here.' Ryujin thought to herself while looking at the gem just infront of her

Yuna doesn't seem to notice her because the area was too dark and Ryujin didn't slip on her mind that night even for a bit

Ryujin was about to approach Yuna when someone pulled Yuna by the waist.

Ryujin froze on her spot. She watched them dance while their faces are centimeter's apart. They looked happy and inlove.

Yuna smiled at the girl and as they both closed their eyes. Their lips met. They hungrily kissed each other while Ryujin is watching the whole thing

Unable to say a word, Ryujin flashed a glint of pain as she lets the tears flood her eyes

She turned around, gasping for air. She went out of the area, she feel suffocated. She can't explain what she's feeling, all she knows is that she's in deep pain.

It's like someone stabbed her in her chest, it feels heavy.

Ryujin whimper, she went to the nearest room she found. She doesn't know what to do after what she saw. She felt betrayed.

She started pulling her hair and punching the wall in the room to make her anger lessen. She's a mess.

After a couple of minutes, she cooled down, teary-eyed Ryujin went out of the room and walked back to where the stool bar is.

It's going to be the first time she'll have a hard drink. Nothing pains her more than what she saw earlier

After a couple of shots, Ryujin felt dizzy already. Yet she still continue drinking. Maybe just maybe it can lessen the pain she's feeling

Her heart hurts more than her swollen fist.

Instead of enjoying the party or drinking for fun, she's drinking to forget it. To forget her.
