List 20 songs you own/listen to and why

So, in no particular order...

1. Siúil a Rúin by Celtic Woman; this has always been my favorite Celtic song ever and the one I love singing the most. Four years later after listening to it for hours on repeat and I'm still not sick of it...

2. The Wanderer by blacksheep806; first Celtic song I ever listened to. It inspired so much of my writing, including a terribly written epic, Vale of Tears. Listening to it brings back so many memories. T_T

3. In Honor of the Fallen by Tartalo Music; listening to this, I realized Rhiada had to *SPOILERS* in Princess of the Highlands Trilogy. It was a choice I had been debating for a time and then realized, while listening to this song, that I had no choice except to do it.

4. Haelorian Athe by Tartalo Music; probably my favorite song by him. It's very Silmarilliony and the build-ups are so tragic and beautiful and EPIC.

5. Now We Are Free cover by Indigo Choir; you can't talk about Between Two Worlds and me not mention this song. I like it even better than the one in the movie Gladiator

6. Òran Fir Heisgeir  by Julie Fowlis; I love this song so much and even used its melody in making a lament for Princess of the Highlands, which is recorded, just not up on Youtube yet...

7. Ard úi Chuain by Celtic Woman; couldn't have a list of 20 favorites without pulling this one up. Perfect for that last moonlit ride of the 300 Companions in The Shining Company. And I sang it in a vocal competition once. ^_^

8. The Piper's Lullaby from The Secret of Roan Inish; listened to this when writing a certain death scene in Princess of the Highlands Trilogy. T_T It still gets me every time.
