unfortunate for mina, felix and jieun, they still had to attend school the next day. the deal with their parents was to go at least two days of the week. the three decided for those two days to be monday and tuesday.
as per usual felix, mina and jieun walked down the street to avas house along with olivia and her boyfriend. they couldn't lie when they say that her boyfriend is one of the most respectful kids they've met. above all he makes olivia happy which makes felix and mina happy.
the group walked through the gates of their school, splitting towards their lockers. mina, ava and jieuns lockers were relatively close so they walked together
"oi mina" she heard chenle coming around the corner.
"ew, when the hell did you start saying 'oi'" she laughed grabbing her stuff for first period
"i heard ethans shooting his shot on you for the millionth time today" mina groaned, not wanting to deal with that
"she'll reject him infront of everyone politely as usual its fine" ava appeared beside the two along with jieun
the PA system started playing stop the rain by day6 as the warning song (a/n : hi im here again lol, so basically if u dont understand what i mean by warning song it's just a song that'll play -not the same one everyday- and by the end of that song they have to be in class for homeroom. they do it at my school and i thought it'd be fun to put in this)
chenle immediately covered his ears after hearing the starting bit, aware of what was about to happen. jieun looked at him confused until mina squealed loudly
"FINALLY THEY PLAY DAY6" all of a sudden bursting with energy, mina dragged the other two to class
- TIME SKIP TO LUNCH
the 5 of them sat in the courtyard as usual.
"guys should we invite the rest for the next hour of lunch" jieun asked, clearly just wanting to see jaemin. chenle looked confused
"who?" chenle asked
"ooh yes, invite them" mina giggled ignoring chenle and he hit her arm
"oww- what was that for" she furrowed her eyebrows and chenle whined
"wHo"
"oh our friends we met over summer" she smiled and chenle stood up
"DOES THIS MEAN I GET TO MEET THE B I T C H WHO HAD THE A U D A C I T Y TO SAY HE WAS YOUR BEST FRIEND" he yelled like a 3 year old and ava choked on her drink from laughing
"that 'bitch' is cute" jieun pouted
"ahaha yeah him and...seungmin" mina smiled, watching jieun text jaemin and him instantly responding with 'cominggg'
chenles face lit up, he wanted to meet the famous seungmin mina didnt shut up about.
"JIEUNNN" jaemin yelled from outside the gate. they checked the time and they still had 50 mins before 3rd period. she ran towards the group as they walked to where the rest were sitting. jieun was on jaemins back and whoever else was on the school yard looked at them either with disgust or awe.
seungmin pushed ava from beside mina and swung his arm around her shoulder placing a small kiss on her forehead
"so this is the infamous kim seungmin you don't shut the fuck up about" mina kicked chenles shins leaving him to wince in pain
"this is my idiot best friend, chenle" ava glared at her and mina stuck her tongue out
"not my fault you ditched me for my brother" she hugged into seungmin to avoid getting hit by ava.
chenle sat in the corner watching all the couples be cute together, hyunjin was on call with hyori too. renjun sat down beside him.
"hi lele" he smiled and chenles eyes widened
"injunnie?!"
flashback "bye mom im going over to injunnies!!" chenle exclaimed running out the front door and down the street to his best friend renjuns house.
he knocked on the door and waited for his friend to open it
"hi lele!!"
"hi injunnie!!"
"let's go play video games!!" the two boys ran into renjuns basement to play on his wii.
they've been best friends for a long while now. chenles 13th birthday was around the corner. renjun turned 13 that past march.
4 months later
chenle walked over to renjuns house, sad.
"hey lele. what's wrong?" his best friend asked from the doorway of his house
"my family and i are moving to australia next week" his head was down and so was renjuns
"oh, i was actually just about to go over to yours and tell you that my family is moving to korea next week" the boys each had their heads down, sad they have to split after being best friends for the past 10 years.
"hey chenle it's okay, we'll still be friends right? don't worry" renjun gave him a warm smile and they hugged each other. something they havent done in a long time because it 'wasnt right' for boys to hug
chenles eyes teared up. they had eventually drifted apart because of the distance.
"dude to be honest i thought you died" renjun smacked the back of his head
"really it's been like 4 years and THATS the first thing you say to me. smh i raised you better" renjun scoffed and chenle laughed

eventually lunch ended and the others had to go home. agreeing to come pick them up after school. they made their way inside for 3rd period .
ew advanced functions
although the subject wasn't a huge challenge for her, she still hated it because it forced her to think too much. she also hated it for another reason.
ethan was in that class and none of her friends were, well close friends at least.
mina walked in and sat at the back of the class as normal. they didn't have a seating plan but everyone basically had the seats they sat in everyday.
she pulled out her phone and played on it. she was cut off guard when someone passed a note to her
meet me in the courtyard after school, its important :)
