Near Yet Still So Far

When I open my eyes, my vision is a bit blurry. But after a few seconds, my vision is clear.

All I could say is,

"Wow."

I heard him laugh. "See? It's beautiful, right?"

I nodded, still looking at the view.

"Are you scared now?" he asked

I shook my head. "No. You're right. It's really really beautiful. I've been avoiding this ride in my whole life. But now, I regretted it. I super regretted it."

"Told yah. You'll enjoy the view," he said

Why is the view, so beautiful? I never thought this whole place will look so beautiful, up here.

"Let's take a photo?"

I nodded and smile. He took a picture of us two. I also took a picture of the view. My friends would love to see this.

"Oh, it is really over?"

"Yes. It's too soon, right?"

I nodded sadly. "I want to stay here."

He just laugh. "You're crazy. We can ride it again if you want."

I smiled. "Yeah! Let's ride it again!"

"But first, let's ask Miss Rosé and Jimin," he said

I smile then nodded.

"Awhile ago, you're very scared and now, you want to ride it again? Told yah, it's really fun."

"You're right. Thank you for showing me this beautiful view."

"Yeah. Oops, let's get out."

The two of us get out.

"You're smiling like a fool," he commented

I rolled my eyes. "What's the problem? I'm just so happy that I saw the beautiful view awhile ago."

"I know. See? I'm really the best."

I just laugh at him.

"You ride the ferris wheel?"

Jooheon and I look at Jimin.

"Yes. Actually, it's the best decision I ever made. Riding it was fun. And the view, it's really beautiful," I said while smiling

"I told Dahyun, it's really fun. But I thought, you're scared?"

I smiled. "Awhile ago, I really don't want to ride it because I was scared, Miss. But Jooheon force me, and I'm glad that I let him force me. I was able to see the beautiful view."

"That's great," Miss Rosé said

"She even want to ride again, Miss."

I just rolled my eyes.

Jooheon is really talkative.

"Really, then you ride it again. Jimin and I will be trying some other games here. Right, Jimin?" Miss Rosé ask

All of us look at Jimin. He's looking at somewhere.

"Jimin? Jimin!"

He's spacing out. Gladly, Miss Rosé snap her fingers.

"You saying something?" he asked, looking at Miss Rosé

"Oh, I told Dahyun that we'll be trying other rides. They're gonna ride the ferris wheel again, so let's go?"

He look at me. "You're gonna ride it again?"

"O-oh, yes."

"Oh, okay. Let's go, Rosé," he said as he hold Miss Rosé's hand
