There's no regrets, I just thought it was fun

~ Julia Michaels, Heaven

When Jason pulled up to a forest entrance that was just outside of Gotham, it wasn't what Lorelei was expecting. When Jason told her they had to walk the rest of the way, she couldn't help but groan at the thought of walking for god knows how long on mud in her heeled boots and it wasn't like she could teleport them there - she had no idea where she was going.

"Not long left," Jason told her, squeezing her hand that was intertwined with his own. When she went to reply she stopped walking, "Did you hear that?" She looked behind her.

Jason shrugged, telling her it was probably just a bird or something and the pair carried on walking before Lorelei heard a twig being snapped and leaves being crunched. "I swear to god Jaybird if you've brought me here to kill me I'll haunt your ass,"

As the noises grew closer, Lorelei's guard kept growing, hoping it was just another guest going to the party. She smiled, hearing the music faintly playing as the two young heroes walked closer to the location.

"Ow!" Lorelei whined when something pulled on her hair, turning around to punch whatever hurt her.

"Jesus," A boy who looked to be around Jason's age groaned, clutching his nose. "You've got a good punch," He let go of his nose which was lightly bleeding.

Jason laughed, bringing the boy in for a 'bro hug'. "I told you not to scare her,"

"Wasn't expecting her to punch me, though," He grinned, facing the girl, "I'm Roy Harper," He introduced himself, winking as he offered her his hand.

Taking his hand and shaking it, Lorelei rolled her eyes at his wink, "Lorelei Clark but I'm assuming you already knew that,"

"Yup, Jason told me all about you when I was flying over." He told the girl, Jason nervously laughed while Lorelei raised her eyebrow at him.

"Flying?" She asked, taking Jason's hand once again while they walked to the party.

"Originally from Starling City. I'm here to give Jason and Batman something to look at on behalf of Green Arrow and to party while I'm here." Roy shared, sharing a look with Jason.

"Why are we getting a case?" Jason asked, running his thumb over Lorelei's hand.

"We think there might be a link to Scarecrow," Lorelei's eyes went wide when she heard the name come out of Roy's mouth while Jason nodded, dropping the subject when he noticed Lorelei's reaction.

"You're a hero too?" She asked him, trying to ignore the thoughts of Scarecrow.

Roy grinned, "I'm Speedy,"

Lorelei hummed, nodding her head, "I'm Phobia but I've not really been out yet."

The hero talk was stopped after that. Mostly because they were at the log cabin that had around fifty people inside it, partying and drinking until they passed out.

"We'll catch up, Roy." Jason told him, turning to Lorelei, "I'm not gonna be drinking much so we can make it back to the Manor,"

"I don't need alcohol to have fun so you can, I'll drive us back." She shot back.

"We're really gonna argue about this?" He asked her.

She laughed, "Only if you make it an argument. Why don't we both only have a little to drink. It'll be better that way in case Bruce gets back early," She suggested, Jason agreeing and they walked into the party to have fun.

Half an hour into the party and Lorelei was bored, she thought she and Jason would stick together but now that she was sitting on the grass outside and watching the stars, she kept thinking about leaving, maybe even doing a small teleportation spell.

Jason had a totally different idea. He was wanting to spend time with Lorelei but as soon as he finished his first cup he was away dancing with girls before he even realised he left Lorelei. He wasn't used to coming to parties with another girl and he did feel guilty, maybe that's the reason he was trying to find her.

"Hey," He said, sitting down next to Lorelei. She gave him a small smile before looking back to the stars. "What's up? Why aren't you inside?"

She sighed, "Parties aren't really my thing and I don't really know anybody here,"

Jason stood up and offered Lorelei his hand, who instantly took it and stood up. "We're getting out of here, we're both bored." He led her back to his motorbike and instantly drove them back to the manor, knowing they would both have a better time there.

Once they got back to the manor, Lorelei went for a shower to sober up from the alcohol. "How do you feel now?" Jason asked Lorelei when she came into the living room after having a shower.

She smiled and joined him on the couch, snuggling into her blanket. "Much better now. You know, you didn't have to leave," Jason pulled her close and wrapped his arms around her. "I know but I wanted to,"

"Well thank you," Lorelei said, "So, what are we doing now?" She asked, looking up at him.

He grinned, "I brought your cookies from earlier and I thought we could watch a movie or something,"

"I'd love that," She said, putting her head on his shoulder.

"Any recommendations?" Jason asked, flicking through Netflix while Lorelei shrugged. "Hunger Games?" Lorelei nodded, happy with his choice, Jason clicked on the film while getting closer to Lorelei as it began.

When Lorelei woke up from her sleep she was confused. Even more so when she realised she was on the couch. Then when she saw she was laying on Jason's chest, she couldn't help but blush. Reaching for her phone, she checked the time. 10 AM. She slept for a good few hours.

Slowly getting up, making sure not to wake Jason, she headed to the nearest bathroom before heading to the kitchen and made herself a bowl of cheerios. Sitting on the island, she put her head on it and closed her eyes for a few seconds, drifting off into sleep.

"Boo!" Jason exclaimed, grabbing Lorelei's shoulders before she jumped up.

"Jason!" She scolded, slapping his arm while he laughed, getting a bowl of his own. "Have you heard from Dick?" Lorelei asks him.

"Nope," He told her, who nodded and tried texting Rachel again. "Who are you texting?" Jason asked.

"Rachel, she might be able to get Dick for me." Lorelei took a spoonful of her cereal. "Plus, she's like a sister to me so we need a catch-up."

Jason ate his own cereal, "You just saw her a few days ago," He pointed out after a few minutes.

Lorelei sighed, "Yeah but with what was happening you never know. Plus, you know life can change so quickly."

"I'm sure if they need help, they'll message," Jason reassured her, finishing his cereal.

Lorelei took her last spoonful of her cheerios before putting her bowl in the sink. "I still can't believe we're not allowed on patrol." She huffed.

"Speaking of, I was thinking that we could play along the rooftops of Gotham tonight in our suits and then if we just so happen to see any crimes-" Jason said before getting interrupted.

"The best thing to do would be to stop it and Bruce will have no choice." Lorelei grinned, "I like it."
