Jack: *makes a disgusted look* What the heck is this?
Agueda: Bacalhau, otherwise known as Portuguese Cod Fish, and Caldo Verde! It's a soup!
Me: Looks delicious! I always wanted to try Portuguese food!
MaryKLago: Yummy! Trying different food of another culture!
ilovemybooks2000: *tries the food* Wow, delicious!
Me: *tries the Portuguese Cod Fish* Love it, Agueda!
Agueda: Obrigado!
Jack: What does that mean?
Kayriss7: It means thank you in Portuguese, Jack!
Agueda: Try the food I made!
Jack: I'll pass. I rather have a turkey and cheese sandwich, than this garbage! You call yourself a cook?
RoraLovesStuffff: That was rude!
Jack: What was rude?
MaryKLago: You insulted her food, Jack! She was suggesting that you try it! She worked so hard on it, you know.
Jack: *opening the fridge* Where's the mayo?
ButterBabe_: He's not being very nice, is he?
countrystronggirl: Nope! I'm sorry, Agueda.
Agueda: Don't worry about it. I feel somewhat hurt by his unkind comments, but I won't let it bother me.
Me: That's the spirit!
Jack: *eating his turkey and cheese sandwich* This is way better than that stuff you call food. Ain't no way I am gonna try food from another country.
Kayriss7: *glares at Jack*
Jack: What?
