Because I love you guys and quarantine is kicking my ass I decided some Ally and Kevin love was needed!

Kevin

   Ally moves around the kitchen as if she had been born to be and do who she is and does, you would never think shes been through half of what shes been through.

  This women that I'm creepily watching from the doorway is for me. She always has been and I'm so mad at myself for not doing anything about it sooner.

  God, she has put her trust on me and only me time and time again and here I am still making her wait. Shes done so much, shes succeeded in so many things. She's been pushed, shoved and forced on to her knees so many times you would thing there wouldn't be any more strength in her.

But here she is. Proving them all wrong, giving everyone a real reason to talk. No one and I mean no one can say she is anything but good.

  Shes singing and dancing while feeding Kay-Kay and the view is like nothing I've ever seen before. Kayde giggles and laughs at her mommies behavior and my heart soars straight to the palm of her hand. Of their hands.

  My girls, mine. And not because I won or deserved them, but because she allowed it to be that way, because she wanted it as much as me. Because she accepted me and I couldn't be more thankful.

"Marry me." Before I could register my train of thought the words spill out of my mouth and honestly I've never been more certain about anything in my live.

Ally's head snaps in my dirreccion her smile falters a little and her eyebrows furrow. It's the cutest reaction I have ever seen and I'm planing to mentally store it for the rest of my life.

"What?" She lays the small yellow spoon on the counter and Kay-Kay pouts up at her making me laugh quietly.

"Hear me out ok?" I make my way towards her and she nods taking a few steps towards me herself as if I was taking to long to get to her.

"I dont have a ring, I didnt plan this, you know me asking, but I want it. I want you and Kayde, I want the piece of paper, the rings, the big or small wedding, I want to spend the rest of my life with you. And yes sure we could keep doing it the way we have been doing it but I want to also celebrate it. I want to shove it in everyone's face, Cains included." She laughes at that knowing how jealous I get when they hang out.

  "Mesperyian, you know who I first think about when I need some one to talk to? Or when I have no words to say? When I'm lost, sad, lonely or have fucked up in anyway?" She takes a step back her eyes watering at my word.

"No, no. Baby listen. I think of you, but not because I want to burden you. My first thought is, Ally would so kick your ass if you told her you felt this way. She would tell you to stop feeling bad about yourself and plant a tree or do something productive." She let's out a laugh. A beautiful melody that invades every nerve in my body making me want this even more.

"You are good. You're the best thing that has ever happend to me. This isn't really an option Ally, cause honestly if you say no today I'll ask tomorrow, and the day after and after. And look at that." I point over to our little angel and Ally turns to see her giving us a toothless grin.

  "It wont only be my heart you'll be breaking, she wants you to say yes so badly, you can see it in her perfect green eyes and her fire red hair. Look even her dimples scream yes." Ally chuckles and moves to pick Kayde of her bouncy chair that was sitting on the kitchen island right next to us.

  "Baby. I know this might seem all of a sudden but I knew the moment you layed you first real punch on my jaw that you were it for me. You knocked me right on my ass and laughed and teased me about it for a whole month." I grab Kay-Kay who was extending her arms out towards me.

"We dont have to get married this month. Or this year, but allow me the pleasure of saying you are my fiancee. I've had you as my best friend, girlfriend, old lady and hopefully after today fiancee to one day call you my wife. I wont ask for anything else but this, please marry me."

  My ranting come to an end when her lips land on mine and I can't help but smile at what I'm assuming is her answer. She pulls away from me and turns around takes a couple of steps away from me and my heart braked. She doesn't want it, she doesn't want me.

  Her body spins around and her face has transitioned from one of happiness and awe to one of anger.

"You will get me a ring right?"

And my heart stops, is that a yes? Is she saying she'll do it?

"What?"

"A ring Kevin. Will I still get a ring cause honestly you know that with out me having a ring no one will belive you. Especially Cain, his been asking me to come visit about a job maybe stay, and if I show up with out a ring. Well you know what he says, all is fair."

I cant help but yell at the top of my long in ecxitment.

"Yes! I'll get you a ring. Yes, yes, yes! Anything you want."

Ally laughs at my reaction and bobs her head up and down with a big smile on her face. Her hair bounces in all directions making her look stress free and I'm loving it.

And then her voice does it. If I didn't have the baby in my hands I would have jump into action picking her off the floor and spinning her around.

"Yes!" She yells out and I wrap one of my arms around her waist and kiss her softly.

"Say it again baby." I rest my forhead on hers and she smiles up at me

"Yes. I'll marry you." She whispers with her eyes closed.

"I love you Ally." Her hand moves from my bicep up and around my neck and she pulls me down for another kiss.

"And I love you Kevin." She breathlessly replies back.

"Yeeeeeaaaassss" says a small voice close to us and we stop embracing eachother and turn towards Kayde waiting to see if it was her but when we turn shes just grinning at us feeling proud of herself.

"Yeeeaaaasss!" She screams out and we start to laugh and praise her on her accomplishment.

  "Yes, good girl. Omg mommy is so pround, say it again, did you hear her Kevin? She said yes." Ally looks up at me and I watch as a tear slips from her eye and wipe it away smiling at her and nod my head.

  "I heard her, I heard you baby. Say yes for mommy and daddy."

Kayde claps her hands wich makes Ally clap with her while she says yes making Ally giggle and nod her head amusing the baby more.

And I can't help but smile and admire my girls. My family. Just one more step to finally make her my wife.

Short I know. But hopefully cute?

Ally and Kevin are it for me, I feel like I could come back at any moment and just write some new accomplishments or about there next big step any day and fall in love with their relationship even more.

They have overcomed so much.
