Did i just encounter another psycho?

I swear i thought he looked compeletely clueless. His blue eyes lights time to time, giving me a hint of childishness.

"You don't look surprised," Hrvy said.

What could be more surprising than myself right now?.

He was talking so much.

Thanks to him i managed to calm myself down.

Something about his easygoing personality just lights up my mood. Except the part that he killed his mom.

"What are you doing in this group?" I avoided his question.

"I cleaned around the house, doing some work for the mafia sometimes."

"What work?"

"I might not look like it but i was a con-man and a hitman back then, so i'm pretty decent for my role," he explained.

No wonder where he got his acting skill from. The fact that he was a con-man defined his role more.

"I'm also one of the overviews just like Renjun but i'm also a butler and Renjun is so much better than me," He added.

He talked so fast this time. I don't think he took a breath in between.

"Nice to meet you," i said hoping to stop the conversation.

Creak

The door creaked open.

"Hrvy, why aren't you doing your work!" Jaemin came scolding Hrvy.

Jaemin pinched Hrvy's arm.

"How did you know i was here?" Hrvy asked Jaemin.

"Chenle told me, come on, 'Sebastian'," Jaemin said.

"Fine."

Hrvy drag his foot and jumped off the stairs. I almost screamed out loud until i remembered that things like that would be normal here.

"What did you two talked about?" Jaemin asked.

"He introduced himself."

"For that long?" Jaemin is visibly shocked.

"He talks much," i cringed slightly after i said that, remembering the past hour that felt like forever.

"What work does he has to do?" I asked Jaemin.

"Burying the corpse earlier."

I feel it coming up my throat. I almost puked when i remembered the putrid smell of blood earlier.

"Wanna see?" Jaemin asked.

"Are you really expecting an answer?"

"If Chenle knows you don't want to look at corpses, no doubt he would do something about it soon," Jaemin explained.

True.

Just like how he saw right through me that day.

He found my weaknesses like its nothing. He played with me because i showed my affections.

I think that is how his nature is.

"He like pranks like that," Jaemin added.

"Thought so."

Jaemin and i walked out of the room and down the stairs. The night is still young yet the sky is potch black. It reminds me of his eyes. Hollow with emotions, void that drowned the rays.

"You want to see the corpse being buried too?" Chenle smiled when i stepped down.

"Yes."

"I was about to leave it inside your room if you are scared, i guess not then."

Chenle shrugged and walks towards the other way.

I look at Jaemin.

"Thanks."

He smiled at me. Jaemin is always sweet to me since the first day but i genuinely thank him for this. If it weren't for him warned me about the consequences, my night would be absolutely awful.

There is a wide grass field at the back yard. Brown soil patched here and there, presumably with corpses inside them. I step my black shoes on the greens, not having the slightest greed to step on the soil.

I saw Chenle and Hrvy already put the body inside the ground. It was all wrapped with plastic.

"You just bury it like that?" I asked, initiating a conversation to conceal my terror

"You just bury it like that?" I asked, initiating a conversation to conceal my terror.

"Yeah, they make a good compost for the garden," Hrvy responded.

A good compost.

Very normal.
