Cordelia's fingers smelt like pure cinnamon, the cinammon roll she just consumed was running its course in her stomach. Breakfast, lunch, dinner, and her late night dinner. Now that her mother was back Cordelia was back to her four meals a day schedule and she was more than content.

Cordelia was sat next to Bella at the lunch table where Edward and Bella's friends were, everyone was talking about graduation. Well, Jessica's speech specifically.

"My fellow students. Cool. Right? We are the future, anything is possible, if you just believe." Mike Newton was too confident of a boy. "Nice," Angela lied. "Blah blah blah and perfect, you got yourself a speech."

"That was a very corny speech Mike," Cordelia said and Jessica nodded. "This will be my speech when I want everyone to throw diplomas at my head. So .. thank you." "Ya gotta embrace the cliches Jess."

"They are the bread and butter of all valedictorians." "And that is why you are not valedictorian."

"Jess doesn't need cliches, speech is gonna be epic." Cordelia raised an eyebrow at Bella's vote of confidence. "Epic? It'll change lives." She looked to Edward who shrugged, his way of saying just go with it.

Alice and Jasper appeared, "I decided to throw a party." "After all, how many times are we gonna graduate high school?" Edward smiled stiffly and Cordelia smirked, very funny.

"A party? At your place?" "I've never seen your house .." "No one's ever seen their house."

What was their house to them? An art museum? Edward bit back his laughter by looking to Alice. "Another party Alice?" "It'll be fun .." "Yeah, that's what you said last time." Cordelia rolled her eyes, "Alice is right, it will be fun." She gave Bella and Edward a glare which was her way of saying lay off jerks. Alice smiled to her sister out of appreciation before her eyes gazed over which indicated she was seeing a vision. Cordelia jumped up to distract the noisy human mix, "Mike are you going to eat that fruit cup?"

Jessica, who was still paying attention to Cordelia's eating habits, looked at Mike as he tossed the fruit cup over. Bella distraced Angela and Eric.

As she ate the fruit Cordelia eyed her siblings, something was up.

"Cordelia wait up!"

Surprise surprise, it was Joey Cartwright back from hibernation and ready to continue yearning for Cordelia's attention. "Hey Joey." Luckily she wasn't in the mood to ruin Joey's spirits. She was walking towards the parking lot with a little smile on her face that Joey sadly thought was for him.

"How have you been doing?" "Great and you?" "Oh er, good!" "That's cool." They were finally out the school and she surveyed the lot before finding a familiar head of short jet black hair, her smile grew and her pace picked up. "I've got a game Friday night and if I saw you cheering me on in the stands-"

"Joey, I've got a boyfriend." Jacob technically wasn't her boyfriend but Joey didn't need to know that. He paused, "a what? Since when? Who is he?" She gave a little giggle before pointing over to Jacob. The buff boy was leaning against his new motorcycle dressed in jeans and a t-shirt that his biceps were ready to rip out of. Everyone in the lot was staring at him and whispering, his cool emotionless expression gave off nothing. If she could, Cordelia would just stare at him for a while too and take in the way the rain drizzled onto his dark head of hair. He didn't seem bothered by it but why would he? He was a walking heater.

Joey gulped and Cordelia ran over to Jake.  "Someone is excited to see me .. who was that?" Jacob took Cordelia into his arms with a possessive look dancing in his eyes. Joey was walking past them to get to his car, he gave Jacob a bit of a glare but when Jacob glared back Joey began to walk faster.
"Long story, can we go now?" Jacob's eyes didn't leave Joey until the human boy zoomed out the lot, "yeah let's get out here, bunch of pale faces."
