« Chapter 18 « Change of thought

Y/N's POV

I looked around to see if I can spot anyone that I know until I spot someone. Haru. I run up to him as I yell his name, grabbing his attention.

"HARU!" I yell as he turns around.

"Hm? Oh Y/N!" He replies.

"What's up, weren't you with your other friends? Like that short looking dude and like, 3 others?" He asks as I try not to laugh, hearing him call Hinata short.

"Hinata isn't that short, I mean he's my height, just that im a bit taller. By an inch or so. But yea, I was with them until I saw a lost dog and got caught off guard. I lost sight of them and got lost, and now im here." I say as I sigh. 

Kageyama is going to kill me once I find him.

"Wanna walk around then, just to catch up. While we walk around, we'll find your group and who you were with" He suggests as I nod. We start walking around together as we catch up on a lot of stuff that we missed out on. 

"So there's Hinata, he's my height, orange hair, and a really good jumper when it comes to volleyball." I say as Haru looks at me confused.

"Do you still play volleyball?" He asks as I shake my head. 

"Nope, I watch their practice though since Shimizu is their manager." I say as he looks at me wide-eyed.

"Shimizu goes to your school!?" He asks as I chuckle, nodding my head.

"Yea I was shocked too. But moving on, there's this other guy named Kageyama, pretty tall, is a dumbass, and I hate him" I say as Haru looks at me.

"You like him." He says which completely catches me off guard.

"WHAT? NO I DON'T!" I exclaim as he shakes his head.

"Come on, don't deny it. It totally seems like you like him!" Haru says as I smack his arm, looking away from him. I can feel myself blushing slightly. I don't know why. I don't like him, I swear I don't. Plus, he's a dumbass. I don't like him. 

"We are just friends stupid." I say. That's right, just friends.

It's been a few minutes of walking around trying to find them and im starting to get worried. I don't know where they are and this carnival is full of people. I suddenly hear Hinata yell my name as I quickly turn my head to see them.

"HINATA!" I yell, running up to them as I hug Hinata out of excitement. Tsukishima sighs as I punch his arm.

"You're such an idiot." Tsukishima says as I roll my eyes. I lightly hit Yamaguchis arm as I turn to Kageyama as he has his arms crossed.

"Oh cut the attitude" I say as he hits the back of my head.

"You dumbass, you said you wouldn't get lost" He says.

"I know~, im sorry" I apologize as he rolls his eyes. He pats my head, messing up my hair as I look at him confused.

"Don't get lost again" He mumbles as I nod. I see Haru walking up to us I smile.

"I'll talk to you another day" I say as he nods.

"Whos he?" Hinata asks.

"He's an old friend of mine." I saw as Hinata nods. 

"Yea, I'm Haru. You guys seem to be close friends with Y/N" He says as Hinata nods once again.

"Yup! We had sleepovers too! At Kageyama's house!" Hinata says as I look at him surprised, hitting his arm to shut him up as I see Haru surprised. It was too late for that.
