I didn't have an idea for another story, so I decided to do this shot with Lyn from fire emblem, because why not

(Y/N) POV
'Ah Caelin, the last time I remember visiting here was when I helped lyn fight against her grand uncle Lundgren to stop him from poisoning her grandfather.'
'And speaking of which I haven't seen lyn or anyone else since we defeated Nergal, maybe I should visit them after I'm done with my plans.'
As I entered the town heading to the armory i saw many familiar faces here and there, mostly people that gave us a hint or two for battle, some even recognize me by my other name Mark and for my tactician skills and call me a hero, but I still think I didn't do much
Making it to the armory I entered and asked the black Smith some swords and lances since, now that I learned how to fight with them, was running low on weapons, that's the thing when you make your way into bandits wanting to pillage a town
"all right sir Mark, they will be done in a while so why don't you tour around while you wait?" The blacksmith said
I nodded thanks and turned around, and one step later the door opened with Caelin soldiers entering as well as Marcus
"Hmm, Mark?" He asked "it's been so long, when did you came?"
"..."
"Just today, we'll it is good to see you again"
Then lord Hausen entered
"Why if it isn't the tactician that helped my grand daughter years ago" Lord hausen said cheerfully
"..."
"Why my health is fine, thanks for asking"
"..."
"I'm here because I asked the blacksmith to make a bow for lyndis, since she's still on he plains I thought she would like it"
"Although she would also like to see you again, she won't stop talking about you" Marcus said with his hand on his chin
"..."
"You where planning to visit lyndis, we'll I'm afraid she's not in the castle now, she left to the plains about a week ago"
"But now that you're here, might I ask to hand the bow to my grand daughter, I'll aid you with a horse so you don't have to go walking"
"..."
"Dont worry about your weapons, just come back after you're done and I'll keep them safe for you...you will, thank you, I know that lyndis will be happy to see you again"
Time later
After a long trip with the horse to the plains I finnaly made it to my destination. I got off and started walking to lyn's adobe, but once I got there I see that no one is here, maybe she must be with Florina somewhere.
I walked back to the horse and as i was about to hope on a shadow passes by over us, I quickly grabbed my almost broken sword looking everywhere from what caused the shadow, which passed by again making me shead out the sword, finally looking up i saw a pegasus with armor about to land, and when it did it reviled that it was Florina all along with Lyn behind her, I sheaded the sword back after.
"Thanks for bringing me here Florina"
"No problem lady lyndis, I'm always happy to help out"
They both got off the peguses and with Florina comforting her pegasus while lyn got a bag off, soon after the peguses looked at me making Florina face me as well
"Hey, isn't that Mark?" Florina said, lyn then let the bag go and looked at me as well, I waved hello to them making lyn smile happily
"it is Mark" i walked toward them and lyn ran at my direction surprising me with a hug "i knew we would see eachother again, I missed you so much, where have you been?"
"..."
"that sounds interesting, why don't we enter my adobe to talk about it"
We both entered the adobe without Florina, since she had to leave back to Ilia and continue her training with her sister's, and both me and lyn sat down on a small table while she served a tea
"..."
"I've been fine, ever since we stopped Nergal from freeing dragons to our world I have been in a much more calmed state, and how has your travels been?"
"..."
"You went back to Caelin?...and while you where busy you saw my grandfather... and he asked you to deliver something to me"
I handed her the bow that was equipped in my back, it was a silver and gold bow with her name in it
"My, thanks for bringing this to me Mark, but I'm also sorry for my grandfather making you do this"
"..."
"He did" lyn then started to blush "well, it's because you're my dearest friend, ever since I found you, you helped me in many things that I doubt I would have done alone, you cared for me even when you didn't have to, and I really appreciate it"
"..."
"My love life? well, both Eliwood and Hector have confessed to me, but I didn't accept either of them, and I have felt something for Kent and Rath, but I didn't went for them either" she said looking down like if she's ashamed
"..."
"Why I rejected them all?" She looked at me and smiled again "it because I'm already in love with someone else"
"..."
"Well, I haven't confessed to him... because I'm worried that he might reject me, and that he might not want to be my friend afterwords" lyn started to look sad like if she had no hope

"Your right, I shouldn't just keep them to myself" she said looking determined "Mark, the person I'm in love with...is you" she said that last part lightly
"after our battle with my grand uncle I felt something for you, this feeling even made me sad the day you said you were leaving, but it also makes me very happy when I see you, it even makes me want to be by your side forever... and I realized it was love because when I felt something for Kent and Rath it didn't felt as strong with you, so I hope you understand that... i wish for you to be with me"
I was silent, I didn't know how to react now, and it caused lyn to slowly start crying, but I hugged her wanting to calm her knowing that I still care for her, she hugged me back tightly still crying slowly
"Please, don't leave me again, all I wish is for you to be with me" she said looking at my eye's, and I slowly leaned to her face kissing her while cupping her cheek, we stayed like this for a minute until we let go and she rested her head on my chest with a heartwarming smile "i love you Mark, I hope nothing separates us now" And we kissed again promising that we will always be together.
