Hazel is already late for her first day of school. She slept through her alarm, but her mother is making her lunch and packing her backpack.
'You need this honey?'
'Uhu, that goes in the little pocket.'
'And this?'
Hazel rolls with her eyes. 'Mom, you said you would help me. You are only slowing me down. Let me take care of it then.' Her mother looks dissappointed.
She mumbles: 'I only wanted to help.'
'I know, I know. Thank you.' She grabs the last apple out of the fruitbowl, puts her coat on and rushes out of the door. 'Bye mom. I love you!'
Hazel turns around to walk of the stairs of their porch. 'What is-' In front of her lay two red roses. She has never been so confused. She picks them up and lays them in the flower pot next to the porch. 'Now i really got to run.' Hazel puts her airpods in her ears and starts running.
