Chapter 9

I'm so tired with our long flight. When we landed, I immediately get in the car and take a rest.

After an hour, we reached our house. I'm still with Alfonso and Claire also with thier Dad's.

I'm hearing some noises inside the house. I lazily walked with them. I felt that my I lost a lot of energy with our flight.

"They are here" rinig kong sigaw ni Mommy

"Hi mom" bati ko at humalik sa pisnge niya

"You must really tired, sweety" malambing niyang saad

I just gave her a small smile before entering the house. I was shocked when I saw some visitors in our house. I gave them a smile before ignoring but my mom called me.

"Greet them" saad niya

"Neil?" bulalas ni Alfonso

"Hey, wassup brother" nakangiting saad ni Neil at nakipag-apir pa

"Ginagawa mo rito? I thought nasa Canada ka" bulalas naman ni Claire sa kanya

"Kakabalik ko lang actually. Babalik din ako ulit, my mom invited me to went home may ipapakilala raw" natatawang saad ni Neil

"Abnormal ka? Edi ba kayo pa ni Nickie" saad ko naman

"Hindi ka mabiro"

"Luckily you are still close to each other" nakangiting saad naman ni Mommy

"Of course mom" nakangiti kong sagot

"That's good since we are planning something"

"What is it mom?" taka kong tanong

"Later sweety. Let's eat first, I know all of you are tired"

I followed them in the kitchen. A lot of foods served to us. I may tired now but I felt that I'm home again but not like when I was in Hallstatt.

"So, how was your stay in Hallstatt?" bungad na tanong ni Mommy

"Okay naman po tita. I enjoyed every inch of that place" sagot ni Claire

"How about you..." baling ni mommy kay Alfonso. "Wait, what's your name again?" dagdag niya pa

"I'm Alfonso, Alfonso Reyes, ma'am" magalang niyang saad

"Oh! One of the Shareholders of Indu-salzfirma, my son's company in Hallstatt" manghang saad ni mommy

Napabaling ako kay Alfonso na prente lang na nakangiti sa amin. Now, I know kung bakit ganun na lang siya kabilis makaintindi ng lenggwahe roon.

"I had fun staying in Hallstatt again with them especially with Yahna" simple niyang sagot

"Are you courting my daugther?" biglang tanong ni mommy

"We should enjoy the food here, stop interrogating them" pagpigil naman ni Daddy

Nawala na ang kaba sa kalooban ko sa mga itinatanong ni mommy. Hindi ko rin alam kung ano ba ang isasagot ko gayung hindi ko rin alam kung ano ba talaga ang mga ipinapahiwatig ni Alfonso.

Our lunch went well. They stay more time here in our house. Doing some chit chats. Nagpahinga naman muna ako sandali sa kwarto ko dahil ramdam ko pa rin ang pagod.

Hindi ko namalayan na nakaidlip pala ako. Inayos ko muna ang sarili at bumaba na. Madilim na rin ang paligid pagkababa ko. Wala na ang mga bisita namin na sila Claire, Alfonso at Neil gayundin sila tito.

"Mom" pagtawag ko sa kanya

"Yes sweety?" maagap niya namang saad

"Why Neil's here a while ago?" agad kong tanong
