The Royal Dilemma

TRD XXXVIII

Clint's POV

Morning came and the rest of the students are now packing their things already

Due to the incident yesterday, those who witnessed the incident are advised to stay shut about it since it's a royal matter

Some were bummed about the sudden changes of the schedule. It was supposed to be this afternoon where we will leave this island

We heard that Gale woke up last night but we couldn't see her since they left the place after she woke up

"I still can't believe that she's that high" Stella uttered unconsciously while staring at her luggage

"And I can't believe that these two are assassins!" Josh joked

"We're sorry for not telling, it was part of the plan" Ron apologised

"It's fine, now it makes sense, Jameson is her only cousin" Josh replied

"I hope you guys won't tell, after all, once we get back from their kingdom, Gale and the twins would still continue to study here, I don't want them to be bothered once we're back" Jameson stated as we head to the harbor

1:12 pm

We arrived back in our home. The twins are with me of course, while Stella, Josh and Clint went straight to their own homes and discuss the situation we're in

"Master Edward is at the garden with his guests, young master" ani ng isa sa mga kasambahay namin pagpasok ko sa loob ng bahay kaya naman tinanguhan ko muna ito at inakyat ang mga dala ko

I changed to some black sweat pants and a plain black shirt before I head to our garden at our back yard

I immediately saw my Uncle and Aunt with my Dad by the garden table

It was a fine weather, not too sunny so it was fine for them to hang around here

"Good afternoon Dad, Uncle and Aunt" I greeted them as soon as went close to them

I bowed my head to show respect to the King and Queen

"You grew into a fine young men, such waste that your father did not want to be affiliated with the throne, you'd make a great Prince" Uncle said while they were smiling at me

"Don't praise him too much, he might get it all over his head" Dad answered that made us laughed

"Your cousin is still resting in her room, the day after tomorrow would be our flight, your Dad won't be coming since he has businesses to attend to" Aunt stated

"I see, then if you may excuse me your highnesses, I'll check on my cousin" I bid my farewell as I head back to Gale's room

I'm aware that there are a lot of royal security in the whole subdivision right now, even the twins head out to help the security, they might come back when it's time for dinner

I knocked first before entering her room to see her laying on her bed with some medical things attached to her arm

"Jameson?" I saw her waking up so I went near her and sat at the nearest chair to her bed

"Do you need anything? How are you feeling?" I asked

"A glass of water would do, and I'm getting better, don't worry" she assured me

"Where are the twins?" she asked

I told her the situation while I get her water and went back to give it to her

"I see..." she commented as she drink some water

I grabbed the cup after she finished then put it back at the table I got it from

"I'll leave you to rest for now" I said

I saw her smile before closing the door of her room and I head back to my room to rest for a bit
