Jokers are wild. Ghost are Real?!

Bruce of course kept his word and planned to stay close encase Daniel needed help. He didn't like leaving him there.  He understood Danny's need to tell his family and his faith that they wouldn't hurt him, but the hero had seen too many cases of people being hurt because their families couldn't accept who or what they were. He wasn't too surprised to hear from Daniel's friends, but he was surprised to hear he was missing. He went into action as soon as he got the news. He called in the boys and had them start looking at traffic cameras and any security cameras they could find in the area. Even in a small town they where able to see the moment Danny had been attacked and put into a nondescript van, and taken out of town. Tim was able to hack the highway cameras and realized they had taken Danny to Gotham. Batman spoke briefly with the parents and made his way home. Tim was also able to get a good look at the kidnappers one of which had a cousin who was a guard at Arkham asylum. Bruce couldn't help but curse himself because at this point he feared he had been overheard talking to Harley about her son which lead to the boys kidnapping. Dick also sent a message saying Harley had been broken out. Bruce cursed again. It sounded like Joker had Danny and Harley. Bruce couldn't help but hope he only knew Danny was his child and that made him interested in him and not that he found out somehow about Danny's powers. 

Danny woke still in the room he had been in previously. He was stilled tied to the same chair although after much pleading he was allowed to go the bathroom, especially after he made a comment about one the henchman having to clean up his mess if they didn't let him go. Danny was biding his time, his core was humming now, he knew he could escape but that would mean letting the Joker in on his powers. Danny shuddered. If the man's insane ramblings were true that also meant the man was his biological father. That was bad enough but if he knew he had powers....... Danny perked up when he heard the heavy door to the room open and a women in a prison jump suit get shoved into the room spitting curses at the goons holding her. Danny felt himself blush at some of the more creative ones. They put her in a chair facing his and strapped her down with duct tape. She gave a vicious snarl at the men. Then seemed to notice him for the first time.

 She blinked familiar blue eyes at him and asked "well who are you?" 

Danny tried to smile but it came out more of a grimace. He opened his mouth to answer when they heard. 

"Don't tell me you don't recognize our baby boy Harles."

Harley looked at him in shock. "Your our son?"

Danny shoock his head. "I don't......"

Joker came in view "he is. Harley gave him a look. Now don't be getting upset sweetheart I just wanted to give you a nice family reunion.  

The woman Harley looked back at Danny in shock. She looked over at the Joker and snarled "what. did. you. do!?"

"Oh come on sweetums. He here so we can raise him the right way. and so he can learn how to run our empire. Ha. Ha. Ha. Ha. Ha......

Danny shuddered again. I have got to get out of here. I can't let this phsyco figure out I have powers. Who knows what he would try to make me do.............

A/N: So guess who tested positive for Covid 19? Yep, I happen to be one of the lucky ones. My symptoms are not life threatening. Yay me. I do however feel like I have been hit by a truck..... repeatably. Stay safe outcast. I don't really know what's happening in the rest of the world right now but here in the US things are crazy.
