chapter 10

billie POV

I watch in awe as Tyler walks into her building, I turn around and let a breath that I didn't realize I was holding. I look forward and see Finn and Claudia smirking at me. "what" I said wonder what they are smirking at. " you got it bad little sis" Finn said "yup" Claudia added. I felt my cheeks starts to get red and turn to look out the window so they don't see. " I don't know what your are talking about" I said. " you obviously like her" he responded as he drives away. "no I don't so just drop it ok" I don't know if  I was saying that to convince them or myself. he responded with ok and we spend the rest of the ride back home listening to music.

when I arrived back home I could not stop thinking of what about what said. I did enjoy her coming over I pretty sure she did too. she's funny and easy to talk too. she willingly to cuddle with me even barely knowing me. and she's has a really cute dimples especially when she's laughing. I fall asleep to my thoughts about Tyler. maybe I do like her.

Tyler POV

thursday

this week has been really slow. since it still the first month of school we are strolling textbooks and materials for the classes. it became harder to get them without a car, but I manage. my classes have been ok, they don't seem too boring. we been having practice everyday after school for the past week because we have a scrimmage next week against UCLA. coach been wanting us to exercise after the beach so I've been running in the morning. billie and I been texting back forth about different. I just back from a run when I get a text from billie

billie: hey ty are you free

Tyler: yea, and we are on nicknames now

billie: hell yea 

Billie: are you free on Saturday

Tyler: I'm just picking up my car then maybe go to a party with sam, why?

billie: I have a show on Saturday and I wanted you come watch

Tyler: let me just ask sam first

"hey sam" I said  looking up from my phone

"yea what's up" she says looking at her laptop

" do you know who Billie Eilish is?"

"yea who doesn't" she responded with a laugh

"well that's the billie who I became friends and she invited us to the show"

sam jaw automatically dropped which resulted in a laugh from Tyler

"well that's sounds very tempting but I already promised Joshua that's I'll go to the frat party. but you can still go without"

"are you sure I feel like I've been distant"

"sis its fine your hanging out with Billie Eilish"

"oh ok I'm going to text her"

"ok"

Tyler: sam can't make it but I can

Billie: that's great um the show starts at 7:00 but get there around 5 for soundcheck and shit like that

Tyler: what time should I come

Billie: I'll pick you up and we will drive together

Tyler: ok sound like a plan

Billie: ill text you later

Tyler: ok shorty

billie: still throwing jabs at my height my height lmao

Tyler: yup lol
