Chapter 5: Reporting The Info

Throughout the whole day, the girl spent the day without knowing that a group of heroes was following them, the girls had the time of their lives going through Metropolis, ate their sweets, went looking through stores, took pictures, and for the last thing to do is go to the pier close to the temple, where it too has a carnival on it.

As the sun was setting, the girls were heading back to the construction site with some souvenirs and big smiles on their faces and, still, having the Teen Titans following them, but the girls had something special planned to really remember that day that would shock the young heroes

The girls had made it to the beach with all their stuff. putting them on the sand and took off their shoes, sitting them next to the bags, and that made the Titans really confused "what are they doing?" questioned Robin with a skeptic look they keep watching the two and soon Nora and Connie started to dance, like the first time they danced, which made the Titan even more confused

"They're just...dancing?" Starfire asked in a questioning tone and as Nora and Connie were about to finish the dance with clamping one of each hand causing them to start fusing.

The Titans were shocked to see a bright light form around the two girls, where it also showed a gem in the light, which caught the attention of Robin and Starfire, and before they knew it, a girl had appeared where the two girls once stood.

There stood before them is the fusion of Nora and Connie; Norannie, every team member was astonished to what they just saw a few seconds ago and no one had spoken a word.

"Alrighty then, time a commemorative selfie for this special occasion" saying that to her self as she took out one phone and positioned her arm to take a picture with the constructed house in the background, after finding the right position she took the picture while winking at the camera and making a peace sign with her other hand

With that, she took a look at the pic, then started the un-fuse, again shocking the team again, the two girls held on to the phone each hand, as was Norannie was holding it "That seems like a keeper" Nora said to Connie, still holding on to the phone "Yeah, want me to send you that later?"

"Yeah, but first, we have to take one more pic with us in it" they both quickly took another with the construction site.

After that, having the final picture of the day, the two went back to the temple, stepping onto the pad and warped back to Beach City. Now with them gone, the Teen Titans came out of the shadows, all surrounded the warp pad with so many questions in their head and wondering what was going on, it was all silent until Robin spoke up "We should destroy this" saying that bluntly taking the others by surprise.

"What?! Damian, we need this pad for proof and to learn more about it!" exclaimed Cyborg

"he's right, man" says Beastboy agreeing with his half-robot friend

"But what if that girl is dangerous, I mean, earlier we saw her jumped high in the air and combined with her friend into one being" stated Robin "We don't know that yet Damian, for all we know is that she could be a metahuman or something else" responded Raven with her arms crossed at her teammate

"They're right Damian, we when to study this as much as we can and to report this back to the Justice League" stated Starfire

"But we have to be quick on studying this, the beach house is going to close the entrance of the cave soon," said Blue Beetle to his team

"Jaime is right, but first we should start head to the Hall of Justice to report them what we got" resumed Starfire, with that being said they all began to head towards the Hall of Justice and as they arrived, they told them everything about the two girls, specifically about Nora, and about the powers she's got with that they finish their report. When the Titans finished the League members looked at each other with a face telling them that there's a connection.

"I think we'll tell you guys what we got before Bats sent you on that side mission," said Flash to the Teen Titans, the Titans had confusing looks wondering what they were talking about. Then they were told about the monster gem sightings, the Crystal Gem fight the monsters and their history of how long they were on earth, the League even showed the pictures and videos founded by Martian Manhunter, they even noticed some of the pictures had Nora with the Gems, with a pink shield.

"Sooo~... does this mean that Nora's an alien or something?" gradually stated Beastboy with an unsure tone

"Possibly," responded Batman "but we're still not sure if she is" continued Green Lantern

"Wait! I think I remember something like this!" shouted out Starfire with wide eyes "You do? Do you know what they are?" asked Superman

"Yes, if I remember correctly there's a planet, where it's inhabited by literal living gems and stones" Starfire answered "Really?" inquired Wonder Women raising an eyebrow

"Yes really, but you can say they're like holograms but with mass, their actual gemstones are who they are, and they were ruled by four other gems that are diamonds, although there are now only three diamonds who still rule" acquired Starfire

"What happened to the fourth diamond?" asked Flash "I don't know, but from what I heard is that the diamonds go to different planets to create more gems for their colony but they destroy all organic life on them to create them and leave nothing, but a shell behind and continues on to another planet to do the same" solemnly answered Starfire to Flash.

"Is there anything else?" asked Martian Manhunter

"I also did hear a rumor that there was a group of rebellious gem who was fighting against their own kind to protect a planet from colonization and they still continued on protecting it" and that started to connect the dots, Batman returned to the monitors and looked through the files of the gems from the blog and it appears to be a match

"It looks like that rumor is true Kori" said Batman as he looks at the screen "Really?" questioned Starfire in surprise?

"You said that the gems continued to stay on the planet they protected, right?" inquired Batman "Yes?" says Starfire

"According to the blog it says that these gems stayed on earth since Cultural Revolution started, that was over 5,750 years ago" continues Batman and the Teen Titans looked astonished to what they heard

"Do you think it could be them?" asked Cyborg

"They might, but we can't confirm that we still need more answers" finished Batman

"So what do we do now?" asked Robin out loud then Superman answered "All we can do now; is wait until the Universes' moves in" with that being said the all agree to wait until they moved in, but they didn't know is that their mission/adventure to find out more about the Gems and Homeworld has only just begun.
