Cheryl's POV

I woke up to the smell of bacon. I look over and see Toni in my sweater as she cooked on the stove.

I got up, sliding the sweat pants Toni packed, then I throw on a long shirt.

I wrapped my arms around her waist, kissing below her ear.

"Good morning." She whispered.

"Morning, beautiful. That bacon smells good." I smirked.

"Mhmm." Toni hummed, turning around to kiss me.

"After we eat, we have to get back home," I said.

Toni pouted, "Why?" She asked, turning back around to cook.

"Because I don't want you in trouble again." I sighed.

"Cher. If my mom was looking for me, She would-" She was cut off by the sound of her phone ringing.

"Welp. She's looking for me." She huffed, picking up the phone.

Toni's POV

"Yeah, Mom?"

Where are you?

"With Cheryl." I rolled my eyes.

Where?

"Don't worry about it. I'll be home in 15minutes."

You got 15 minutes

"K." I said, hanging up.

"Let's eat." I smiled, placing our food onto plates.

-----

"I'll see you later, baby." Cheryl said as she pecked my lips.

I smirked, pulling her into a deeper kiss.

After a few seconds of kissing, I heard my front door open and my clearing her throat.

"Okay, cut it out, you too. Toni inside, now." My mom said.

I sighed pulling away. "Love you." I mumbled.

"Love you more." Cheryl giggled.

I walked into the house.

"Bye, Ms. Topaz." Cheryl said.

"bye, Cheryl." My mother said before closing the door.

"Where did you go?" My mom asked.

"With Cheryl." I shrugged.

She rolled her eyes, "I know that. But where?" She asked.

"That's my business, mom." I huffed.

She was about to yell but stopped herself.

"Toni, I know things have been down hill lately, but I want you to know that I'm tired of yelling at you, so can we please talk." She pleaded.

I sighed, nodding my head as I sat down.

"No yelling." She said.

I nodded, "What do you want to talk about?" I asked.

"Cheryl." She replied.

I rolled my eyes, "About?" I asked.

"How does she make you feel?" She asked.

"Great. We love each other." I said.

"That's good." She smiled.

"What about you and Dad, getting along?" I smirked.

"Nope. But, We're still being civil with each other." She nodded.

"Good." I smiled.

And we continued to talk. It felt nice to talk with my mom.
