Chapter 19: Elden Frost

Heidi's POV

After a very stressful and long process that I won't get into, Ella finally gave birth to a handsome 5 pound and 8-ounce baby boy named Elden Frost. I walk into the hospital room to see my brother holding his son with a prideful and loving smile on his face. "I didn't know if you were up for visitors because you have a lot of them out there." Ella smiles at me as she sits up on the bed, "Who is all out there?" Ella asks as I sit down next to her, "Your family, my family, and our Auradon Prep family." I say and I can see a stressful look come across the face of both Hadie and Ella.

"What is wrong?" I ask looking at the two of them. "It is just that this will be first time that both our families with officially meeting, and I have a hunch that me giving birth is not the way they wanted to meet." Ella says taking a deep breaths as I place my hand over hers, "If it puts your mind at ease, I can say with complete assurance that our families are actually getting along for a family of royal heroes and a family of royal villains." Ella gives me a look basically telling me that my words are not helping.

"I can tell you that to this day I don't think Harry has told his dad about Henry, something about not wanting Henry to be exposed to his family." Hadie lightly hits me in the shoulder getting a dirty look from me, "Touch me like that again and I will see how immortal you actually are." Hadie rolls his eyes turning his attention back to Elden. "I want to see my family first." Ella says and I nod my head before walking out of the room heading to the waiting room to get the Arendelle family.

I send Ella's family back to see her while I sit in the waiting room with my dad and the rest of my family. "Why do they get go back first?" My dad asks in his hot-tempered voice getting the attention of everyone one else in the room. "Because Ella wanted to see her family, and since she is the one that just brought a child into the world I think she deserves anything she wants right now." I growl at him which for some reason makes him smile.

"It makes me proud to see that your brother and you still haven't lost what makes you my children." I give him a fake smile as he wraps his arm around me giving me a light hug. "Uncles Hades, what do you know about Arroyo?" My dad looks at Kylie for a second as I can see the wheels turning in his head. "All I know is that he is your half brother that lives in Atlantis with his mama." I can see the sad look on Kylie's face because she wants to know about her brother, "If you really want to know about him then why don't you just go visit him." My dad comments in an uncaring tone of voice and I just get the urge of wanting to slap him upside his flaming head,

"That is a brilliant idea uncle Hades." Kylie jumps up from her seat and gives my dad a huge hug before hurrying out of the hospital. "You never change Uncle Hades; you still like to cause drama even in our own family." Herkie comments which gets an evil and cold look from my dad. Suddenly Hadie comes up to us saying that we can go back as we all head into the room.

"Where is your family?" I ask standing on the other side of Ella. "They went to call my dad's family to tell them the good news." I laugh a little bit as I see my family interact with Elden. "Where is your mom?" Ella asks and I sign thinking that since she missed out on Henry and you would think that she would be here for Elden. "She has been trying to get to know Shay, and Hadie and I decided that it is best if those two have some time by themselves." Ella gives me a small side hug and I return it.

"It seems like every time I turn around our family is getting bigger and bigger." Ella smiles looking over at my family gush over Elden. "Which makes me wonder on when Harry and you will start on number two?" I look at Ella like she has lost her mind while shaking my head, "Harry and I are not actually trying for a second kid at moment, but I am sure that somewhere down the line we will have more kids. I am just trying on finishing school first." Ella bumps my shoulder as Harry walks over to me and gives me a kiss on my head.

The door opens as Anna, Elsa, Jack, Olaf, Kristoff, and Alyssa all walk through the door. "You have certainly changed since the last time we saw you dear." Elsa says to me as he gives me a small hug, "I could say the same to you." My father looks at the two of us with a sour look on his face and I just try to ignore it because I know that no matter how much time goes by my dad will always be closer to his villain friends and family then he will eve be with any hero friend or family.

"I have to say that Henry is more handsome in person then any of picture Hadie showed me during his visit to Arendelle." I start thinking of something and given what Elsa and Anna went through only months before that they might be the only ones that understand me right now. "Elsa, can I talk to you in private for a moment." Elsa nods her head before giving Jack a kiss as the two of us step out into the hallway.

"What is on your mind?" I take a deep breath hoping that I am making the right idea by going down this road, "I was just wondering about how you feel now that you know where exactly you come from and know your whole family tree?" Elsa gives me a small sympathy look before placing her hands on my shoulders, "The fact that I have my powers and Anna is normal always ate at me, and I always wondered about my family and our heritage." I give her a weak smile because for some reason as of late I am wondering more and more about my mom's family and heritage.

"After I finally got the answers I was looking for immediately felt this weight lift off of me and I made peace with those demons." I nod my head smiling at Elsa, "Thank you Elsa, you have defiantly given me advise that I am going to take to heart." A flash of saddens appears in Elsa's eyes which catches me off guard. "I hope you get the answers and peace that I have found, but I do have to tell you that looking for answers isn't always the best idea because after we find them everything changes."

Elsa gives me a hug before heading back into the room while I head for the exit because I need to talk to my mom and get the answers that have been haunting me for a long time now.
