Heidi's POV

Hadie and I look all over for our father and of course when we do manage to locate him we find him in the museum off all places looking at a map of all the kingdoms in Auradon. "Dad? What are you doing here?" I ask him walking up to him with Hadie right behind me, "Just admiring just how many kingdoms and different cultures Ben and Mal are responsible for, it is truly amazing." I would have never taken my dad for someone who was interested in anthropology.

"We need your help dad, or should I say that your grandson needs your help." I say feeling guilty as I look down at Henry who is paying all his attention to the bracelet on his wrist. "Which grandson?" Hades asks running his fingers over the map that marks where Mount Olympus is located. "Henry, he suddenly started showing signs of Pyrokesis." Hades turns his attention from the map to the baby in my arms but then looks at me, "That is impossible Heidi, Henry isn't even a year old yet." I sigh nodding my head as I slip the bracelet off Henry's wrist,

"I wouldn't have believed it either but it is true, he gave Harry third degree burns on his forearm, Hadie nor I could get the fire under control, and if it wasn't for Mark creating this bracelet I think Henry would have done a lot more damage." Hades look down at Henry and I can in his eyes that he can't believe a baby could do all of that, "Ella's ice magic simply melted away dad, I have never dealt with that kind of fire before in my life." Hadie comments as our dad looks between the two of us,

"You two are powerful fire wielders, I can't imagine the two of you not able to put out a little fire." Henry reaches his tiny hand towards Hades, "I think he is trying to communicate with you." Hades takes a deep breath before leaning down letting Henry place his hand on Hades cheek and I see my dad get that zoned outlook.

After a minute or so Henry takes his hand off Hades cheek and my dad refocuses. "What did he show you?" I ask only because the terrified look of panic on his face has me worried, "He showed me what happened at the celebration, the out of control fire." I look at Hadie but turning my attention back to my dad, "I think Henry has been given the ability of Phoenix Fire." My dad mood and emotions change quickly after hears these words. "That power has been in our family for over a 100 years, and now all of a sudden it has been given to this infant." Hadie and I nod our heads but a part of me wonder my dad is getting upset with this because I thought he would over the moon to know that his grandson is even more special then we first thought.

"All the signs that I have gotten in recent weeks are pointing to that conclusion, and you are the only person I know with any knowledge on Phoenix Fire and how we can help Henry." Hades scoffs and I start getting frustrated because I can tell my dad doesn't believe what is right in front of him. "If what you are telling me is the truth then I want to see it firsthand." I look at my dad like he lost his mind, but I know that this is just his curiosity getting the better of him since like he said this ability hasn't been seen in almost 100 years.

My dad takes a deep breath as his blue hair and his fingertips turns into his flames. "What are you doing?" I ask taking a step back from him as my motherly nature starts to take over, "I need to trigger the ability." Hades smiles that evil smile taking a step closer to Henry and I before slowly bringing his hand closer to Henry. "DAD STOP!" I yell as Hadie forms a fireball and launches it at our dad who simply blocks with a wave of his hand, "This needs to be done." I back away from him as Hadie places Henry and I behind him.

"Enough dad, we are not going to let you do those sick experiments on Henry that you used to do to us." Henry starts crying on the top of his lungs and when I look down I see fire starts to form on his hands, "Hadie." I say as Hadie turns around and notices the fire, "OUT OF MY WAY!" My dad yells picking Hadie up by the back of shirt and tossing him across the room. "Come to grandpa." Hades says as his flames get closer to Henry, but the moment Henry's flames touch my dad's I am baffled when my dad quickly pulls his hands away,

"This is impossible, how could a baby be granted with such power." Hades growls as he puts the flames on his hands out. "I was right? Henry burned you and you're a powerful God." Hadie makes it back to his feet and walks over to us, "The bracelet." Hadie whispers in my ear and I quickly put the bracelet on Henry and his flames go out, "What is going on with my son?" I snarl at him still shaken up as Hades starts pacing around the room,

"It would seem that my grandson has indeed been given the power of Phoenix Fire, but I am afraid to say that magical bracelet will not be able to contain such power forever." I look down at Henry who starts chewing on the bracelet and laughing. "How can we help him?" I plead with my dad hugging Henry close to me feeling torn between my instincts of wanting to protect the people of Auradon from another accident like Harry but on the other hand I also feel my instincts as a mom that doesn't want Henry to get hurt when I know how to help him.

"I don't have an answer for you Heidi, I have never experienced a child this young who is already showing signs of Pyrokesis and has Phoenix Fire on top of that. I do however highly recommend that bracelet stay on him as long as possible, and maybe see how long the spell is going to last that way Harry and you have time to plan your next move." I nod my head knowing that my dad is giving the best advise with the knowledge he has. "Thanks dad, it is not much to go on but at least it is something." I smile down at Henry with the sudden sound of screaming is heard from the garden where the family day is going on.

"Why can't Auradon ever have a peaceful event?" Hadie comments as me with Henry in my arms, Hadie, and my dad all rush out of the museum and back to garden to see what all the screaming is about.
