Heidi's POV
Hook looks at me with his cold eyes looking deep into my eyes, "Where is my cowardly son?" He asks with venom in his tone of voice, "I don't know, we had a fight and he stormed off." I snap back at him pulling Henry closer to me while Hook starts looking around him at Auradon with an unimpressive look on his face. "I will never understand why the people of Auradon always seem to have the need to celebrate and sing about every little thing." I hear the vain and egotistical in his voice, "The isle is like that too, but instead of celebrating and singing about the good things in life the residents of the isle choose to celebrate and sing about the darker things in life." Hook rolls his eyes and waves me off,
"You invited me to this stomaching ache place filled with manipulative people." Hook snaps at me while slowly running his hook along my cheek. "Auradon has changed Killian and so have the people here." Hook scoffs at me as a murderous look appears on face, "The next generation are proving to be just as manipulative as my generation, twisting stories and events in order to make themselves look like heroes and the rest of us look like villains." I sigh and hearing these words come from hook makes me think that Harry was right when he said the older generation can't get over what happened in the past but it would seem that the older generation of villains are just a bitter as the older generation of heroes.
"My generation is trying to make things better for the future, and we have accomplished so much and even brought the barrier down." Hook doesn't look in impressed as he admires his hook, "Lets talk about what all this is really about." I look at him confused wondering what he is talking about, "Lets talk about how you ruined my son life and keep holding him back from living the life that he truly wants." I stare at Hook in disbelief and a little shocked that he would think that. "I love Harry enough to let him make his own choices." I can see the hot-tempered rage boiling inside of Hook,
"YOU HAVE DESTROYED EVERYTHING IN HIS LIFE SINCE THE DAY HE MET YOU, AND IT IS BECAUSE OF YOU THAT MY FAMILY IS APART!" Hook roars at me as I feel my own rage starting to get the best of me as my hair starts to flame up, "THAT IS A LIE! THE REASON THAT TWO OF YOUR THREE KIDS CAME TO AURADON IN THE FIRST PLACE IS TO GET AWAY FROM YOU!" I roar back at him with my hair turning into complete flames.
YOU ARE ONE TO TALK! AT LEAST I AM NOT USING A KID TO KEEP MY PATHETIC MARRIAGE ABOVE WATER WHEN EVERYONE CAN CLEARLY SEE IT IS SINKING FAST! I BLAME YOU HEIDI FOR RUINING MY SON, AND I WISH THAT WE WOULD HAVE TAKEN MY ADVICE THAT DAY BY FIXING THE TERRIBLE MISTAKE HE MADE BECAUSE THEN NONE OF THIS WOULD BE HAPPENING NOW!" I can't take it anymore as rage boils over and I slap Hook hard enough across his face that he staggers backward a little,
"YOU MADE THE CHOICE TO TURN YOUR BACK ON YOUR ONLY SON! I KNOW HARRY BETTER THAN YOU EVER WILL HOOK, AND YOU KNOW WHAT THE SADDEST THING IN THE WORLD IS? I LOVE HIM MORE THAN YOU EVER WILL!" I roar loud enough that our heated argument has now caught the attention of almost everyone at the celebration.
"I TAUGHT HARRY TO BE A VILLAIN THAT I WOULD BE PROUD TO HOLD MY NAME, A VILLAIN THAT WOULD BE FEARED AND RESPECTED LONG AFTER I AM GONE, BUT AFTER OUR FALLING OUT I SAW THAT YOU HAD TURNED HIM INTO NOTHING MORE THAN AN AURADON WIMP!" I scream as loud as I can when Herkie runs over to me taking Henry from me and tries to get to walk away but my emotions are too strong so I maneuver myself around Herkie before throwing the biggest fireball I can create at him but Hook manages to dodge it before it hits him.
Hook runs up to me dodging blast after blast until he manages to back hand me with his hook sending me to the ground, "It is just like a Hades to let their tempter get the best of them." Hook smiles at me and I sigh knowing that I fell into his trap. "I am going to do what my former son should have done years ago." Hook pulls out his sword and raises it high into the air,
"Don't worry about Harry, I am sure that he will find someone far more worthily of him than underworld trash like you." Hook brings his sword down while I quickly close my eyes but a second later my ears pick up on the sound of metal hitting metal and when I open my eyes I see Harry's sword had stopped Hooks sword. "If you even lay another finger on her or Henry again I will kill you myself." Harry growls in the darkest tone of voice that I have ever heard from him before.
"You should have done this when she fell into the ocean all those years ago." Hook growls back at Harry who pushes his sword away from me before placing himself between Hook and me. "I choose to save her because I love her dad." I look at Harry starting to get an idea about why this fight happened between them.
"The night I saved Heidi from drowning after Uma pushed her in I brought to the ship and to my room. After I was sure that she was okay I told you everything that had happened then instead of being a good father you do the complete opposite by telling me to make the impossible choice of either fixing the mistake by killing her like a true villain would or letting her live like a hero would and be disowned from the Hook family forever." I can tell you how I am feeling knowing that Harry loved enough that he choose to defy his father and spare my life.
"I love Heidi, I love my son, and I love the life that has taken forever to build here in Auradon." Hook looks at Harry like he looking at a complete stranger but when you really think about he kind of is because Harry is not the same person he was back on the Isle. "I guess my son is truly dead then, and don't come crawling back to me when everything falls apart because it will happen." Harry just sighs and I can see in his eyes how much truly losing his dad is affecting him emotionally and mentally.
"Villains never get a happy ending son, and I wish that you get inside that thick skull of yours." Hook sighs before walking away but Harry makes no movements until he is sure that he is gone. "Are you okay?" He asks helping me to my feet before looking me over to make sure that I wasn't seriously hurt,
"Come with me." I say in hush tone of voice before grabbing his hand and head away from the celebration and into the woods for some much-needed alone time with him that we really haven't had in a couple of weeks.
