Chapter 13

Things have been hell. Having to babies in the house is a hell of a job. If one baby cry then the other one does. It's like have twins just one of them is put up for adoption to my brother and girlfriend. I love being a mother and all but it's just to hard. Waking up in the middle of the night to crying, changing diapers, making bottles and all that. I never looked at the situation as being easy. Just need my support group back.

I had been home for a whole two weeks and nobody bothered to check on me. Only my King and Bestfriend. Not even my own mother.

Good thing Madison was asleep. I loved that she slept a lot but sometimes it got a little boring. Me and Megan spent more time together Tho. Why not get close to my soon to be sister-n-law.

"Are you hungry Lexis?"

"I am. Just haven't had time to actually go fix me anything. I've been to attached to Mady."

"Just watch Cj for me. I'll go cook us something." I agreed. I was starving. I took Cj from Megan and we went into my room. I looked at both babies and realized they actually did look alike. They were so cute and precious. It still felt unreal to me that I actually went into labor. I don't know what Megan was cooking but it smelled so good. It's like I can taste it already. Our door bell rung. "I got it." Megan shouted.

"You look sexy girl." Kelly said. "Where? I feel so fat. Look at this gut." I squeezed my stomach. "Your not fat at all. You just had a baby. That's all."

"I had a baby and got fat."

She laughed. "You're so damn difficult."

"I'm not trying to be difficult. Just very exhausted. I don't know how I would be able to go to school and still come home to her." I loved my baby but having her just made my senior year a bit harder. School was supposed to start back in 3 weeks but I won't be returning with everyone else. This meant I was going to be so behind. "How about I bring you everything we do the first four weeks. I'm pretty sure everyone know the situation." I knew every knew my situation but I didn't want everyone feeling sorry for me.

"You can try but I won't ask you to do that."

"Girl stop. I'll do anything for you. Remember that." She was right. She have been here for me. She even slapped Destiny for me and it was a good feeling.

"Here you girls go. Kelly I didn't know if you ate already but I brought you something anyway."

"Even if she did eat, she'll still eat it. Her ass is greedy." I said. She couldn't do nothing but laughed. "Girl shut up. I got a appetite like my daddy." I laughed. It was funny since her daddy was sorta big. I'll take him not." Megan took Cj and left my room. "You stuck with me until King get off work." I was shocked.

"When did King get a job?"

"King didn't tell you he had a job? What kind of boyfriend is he. He said he started working for Yall." I didn't know how to take that news. I didn't need him doing nothing like that for me or her. "What you mean for us. He should get a job for his self."

"You know what I mean. He said he want to get Yall a place or whatever." She smacked loudly on her food. "He didn't have to get a job for that. Your family is kinda rich."

"I know but my dad is not supporting this. He's still mad about the accident so he doesn't like you. So my brother is doing what he got to do."

The situation made me mad. Her dad was still holding on to a grudge. That whole thing was not my fault. Besides, King was looking pass the whole thing. I just hate that Danny was out. He should get whatever he deserve.
